"البنوك السعودية" تحذّر من التجاوب مع هذه المكالمات

في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز الوعي المصرفي وحماية عملائها من الاحتيال المالي، أكدت البنوك السعودية على عدم التجاوب مع المكالمات التي تأتي من أرقام غريبة تطلب فيها مشاركة البيانات البنكية، جاء ذلك في فيديو توعوي نشرته البنوك السعودية على حساباتها الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ويأتي هذا الفيديو ضمن حملة توعوية وطنية كبيرة تحت شعار "خلك حريص"، والتي تهدف إلى تثقيف الجمهور حول أهمية الحذر والتروي قبل اتخاذ أي إجراءات مالية أو مشاركة المعلومات الشخصية والبنكية.

تتضمن الحملة عدة نصائح وإرشادات مهمة للعملاء، منها عدم التجاوب مع طلبات تدعي تحديث البيانات المصرفية عبر رسائل البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية القصيرة، وعدم الرد على الأرقام الغريبة أو المشبوهة التي تطلب مشاركة المعلومات الشخصية أو البنكية، كما تشدد مخرجات اللجنة على أهمية عدم مشاركة أي معلومات حساسة مثل أرقام الحسابات أو كلمات المرور.

وأكدت أ. رابعة الشميسي، الأمين العام للجنة الإعلام والتوعية المصرفية بالبنوك السعودية، على أهمية توخي الحذر وعدم مشاركة المعلومات الشخصية والبنكية أو كلمات السر الخاصة بالعميل عبر مكالمات مجهولة المصدر أو روابط إلكترونية دون التحقق من صحتها، وفي ظل تنوع عمليات الاحتيال المالي تعد مكالمات مجهولة المصدر بداية لعمليات الهندسة الاجتماعية، فمن خلالها يتم اقناع العميل بمشاركة معلوماته بطريقة مقنعه بعد انتحال صفة موظف بنك أو جهة رسمية أخرى لذا تحذر اللجنة بشدة من التجاوب مع مكالمات تطلب الإفصاح عن المعلومات البنكية.
وتؤكد أ. الشميسي على أهمية رفع الوعي لدى الجمهور حول أساليب الاحتيال المالي وكيفية التعامل عند التعرض لها، إذ تُعد حملة "خلك حريص" التي تقودها اللجنة جزءًا من هذه الجهود، حيث تهدف إلى توعية العملاء وتمكينهم من اتخاذ القرارات المالية الصائبة والحفاظ على سلامة معلوماتهم المالية والشخصية.
