احتفت الوطنية للإسكان NHC ، بتخريج 85 خريجًا وخريجة من الدفعة الثالثة من برنامج واعد الخاص بتطوير الكوادر السعودية الشابة من حديثي التخرج من الحاصلين على البكالوريوس والماجستير في التخصصات الهندسية، وتقنية المعلومات، وتطوير البرمجيات، وإدارة المشاريع وتجربة المستخدم، وتخصصات الموارد البشرية، والمالية، وإدارة الأعمال، إضافةً إلى القانون، والتخصصات ذات الصلة، وذلك بحضور سعادة الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة الأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي في المركز التفاعلي بضاحية خزام بالرياض

حيث أتى واعد بنسخته الثالثة امتدادًا للدفعات السابقة وتحقيقًا لرؤيته في الاستثمار بتنمية الجيل القادم من حديثي التخرج في مختلف التخصصات والجامعات، وذلك من خلال برنامج التدريب على رأس العمل والذي يشتمل على أساليب مختلفة للتدريب وإعدادهم للعمل بمهنية عالية، ودعم سوق العمل بمخرجات احترافية والمساهمة في إثراء صناعة التطوير العقاري ودعم سوق العمل السعودي بسواعدٍ طموحه، حيث أتموا دورات تدريبية مكثفة ومتخصصة مع إتاحة فرصة التدريب العملي لهم مع المتخصصين وأصحاب الخبرة فيNHC .

كما قدم البرنامج العديد من المزايا التنافسية للمتدربين تمثلت في مكافآت شهرية مجزية، وتأمين طبي، ومكافأة التخرج لمجتازي البرنامج بنجاح، إضافة إلى البحث وتوفير فرص وظيفية للمتدربين بعد التخرج.

الجدير بالذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان صممت البرنامج وفق خطة خمسية تستهدف تدريب وتأهيل أكثر من 500 مرشّح من حديثي التخرج حتى عام 2025، ويأتي ذلك ضمن جهودها المبذولة لدعم وتنمية المحتوى المحلي ببرامج تدريبية تستقطب من خلالها المواهب المستقبلية الشابة وتمكّنهم من العمل باحترافية واكتساب خبرات ومهارات متعددة في مجالات متنوعة عبر العمل مع أصحاب الخبرات العالية، التي بدورها ستسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 لتتبوأ المملكة مكانة ريادية على جميع الأصعدة وتكون في مقدمة دول العالم.
