"أدير العقارية" تطرح "مجمع درة الخليج السكني" للبيع في مزاد الإلكتروني عبر منصة "سومتك" بدءًا من 13 يناير

تطرح شركة "أدير العقارية" مجمع درة الخليج السكني للبيع في مزاد "هناي" الإلكتروني الذي يُقام عبر منصة "سومتك" للمزادات ابتداءً من يوم السبت 13 يناير وحتى 15 يناير 2024م.
ويبرز مُجمع "درة الخليج" كواحدٍ من أهم المجمعات السكنية الاستثمارية المتميزة التي تعزز مكانة مدينة الخبر، لاحتضانه مجموعة نموذجية من الفلل المُجهزة بمواصفات قياسية عالية الجودة للسكن والاستثمار، ما جعلها فرصة متميزة لكل راغبٍ في الاستثمار.
من جانبه أشار سليمان الحربي نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أدير العقارية، إلى أن مُجمع "درة الخليج" السكني يعتبر فرصة استثمارية متميزة تمتد على مساحة إجمالية تبلغ 24,577 مترًا مربعًا، وهو يحتضن 108 فيلا سكنية فاخرة بنموذجين لتمنح الساكنين فيه حرية اختيار النموذج الذي يلبي تطلعاتهم. ويتفرد المجمع بكونه مجمعًا سكنيًا متكاملاً، مدّعماً بكافة الخدمات والمرافق العامة، وهو يتميز بتصميمه العصري، وجودة بنائه وتشطيباته، مع توافر الخدمات الرئيسية في المنطقة المحيطة بالمُجمع ليمنح الساكنين فيه الراحة والرفاهية.

وأوضح الحربي أن العمل جاري حاليًا على إعادة تأهيل مجمع "درة الخليج" للمالك الجديد، موضحًا أن المجمع السكني مؤجر بعقد واحد ما يؤمن للمستثمر سهولة التملُّك وجودة الاستثمار.

وألقى الرئيس التنفيذي لجمعية بناء الأستاذ عبدالله الخالدي كلمة أعرب خلالها عن شكره وتقديره لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية على رعايته الكريمة لهذا الحفل، واهتمامه الدائم بالتعليم وتمكين الأيتام، مشيرًا إلى أن برنامج “تمكين أمهات الأيتام” بلغ دفعته الثامنة، وأن الجمعية تحرص على دعم التحصيل العلمي لأبنائها عبر برامج تعليمية نوعية يشرف عليها مختصون من منسوبي الجمعية.
كما ألقت الطالبة آمنة الراشد كلمة الخريجين والخريجات عبّرت فيها عن شكرها وامتنانها لسمو الأمير وللجمعية، مؤكدة أن هذا اليوم يمثل بداية لمسيرة جديدة من الطموح والعطاء.
وشهد سموه توقيع عددٍ من الاتفاقيات الداعمة لمسيرة المستفيدين التعليمية والمهنية، من بينها اتفاقية بين جمعية بناء وكلية الموسى للعلوم الصحية بالأحساء لتقديم خصومات تشجيعية ضمن مشروع المنح التعليمية، واتفاقية أخرى مع مقهى “مفاز” – أحد مشاريع أمهات الأيتام – لتوفير الضيافة لبرامج الجمعية ومركز الابتكار الرقمي والاجتماعي، وتخصيص نسبة من صافي الأرباح لدعم الجمعية.
