في ضاحية خزام.. النادي الإعلامي للوطنية للإسكان يستقبل نجوم المجتمع

استقبل النادي الإعلامي للوطنية للإسكان NHC عددًا من نجوم الرياضة والإعلام، وذلك بالمركز التفاعلي في ضاحية خزام شمال الرياض، يتقدمهم نجوم الكرة السعودية ياسر القحطاني وعبدالله الواكد
حيثُ استعرض النادي الإعلامي لضيوفه تفاصيل ضاحية خزام وما ستكون عليه بالمستقبل القريب، وذلك من خلال جولة على أبرز معالم الضاحية المُكتملة والتي تشمل نماذج لفلل العرض النموذجية والمركز المجتمعي والتجاري ومسجد الحي، بالإضافة إلى زيارة منطقة الوادي الشمالي والحدائق وألعاب الأطفال الترفيهية.

كما تم تفعيل مجموعة من الأنشطة المتنوعة خلال الاستضافة مثل الفنون والرسم والعزف، وتناول وجبة العشاء.
وأِشاد نجوم الكُرة السعودية ياسر القحطاني وعبدالله الواكد بجهود الوطنية للإسكان وما تقدمه للارتقاء بجودة الحياة لعملائها عبر أحياء نموذجية، حيث تهتم برفاهية الفرد والأسرة، وتمنحهم أسلوب حياة متكامل، كما أبدوا إعجابهم بتخطيط الضاحية وفق نمط صحي يسمح لجميع السكان بالتنقل عبر مسارات مخصصة للمشاة بطريقة آمنة ومنعزلة عن الطرق.
ويهدف النادي الإعلامي إلى أن يكون ملتقى يجمع العديد من الإعلاميين المؤثرين في وسائل الإعلام المختلفة التقليدية والحديثة من أجل أن يصبح أول نادٍ إعلامي متخصص في مجال قطاع التطوير العقاري والمرجع الأهم للإعلاميين المتخصصين، وذلك عبر إقامة علاقات وطيدة مع الإعلاميين بصورة مباشرة وقريبة، ليسهم في نشر المعرفة حول المنظومة العقارية وما تمثل من قطاع حيوي هام في المملكة تقدم مجتمعات عمرانية ضمن بيئة سكنية مناسبة للمواطنين بجودة عالية
كما ستضم ضاحية خزام مشروعًا رياضيًّا ضخمًا هو "مدينة خزام الرياضية" الذي يمتد على مساحة إجمالية تقدر بـ 135,000 مترٍ مربعٍ، وتضم ملاعب كرة قدم خارجية وداخلية، وملاعب مغلقة لمختلف الرياضات، وملاعب كرة مضرب خارجية، وأكاديميات تدريبية رياضية، ونادٍ رياضي رجالي، ونادٍ رياضي نسائي، ومركز ألعاب لرياضات إلكترونية، ومركز ترفيهي، ومركز صحي وممشى رياضي، بالإضافة إلى بلازا تجاري يحتوي على مطاعم ومقاهي؛ ليخدم جودة الحياة في ضاحية خزام ويعزز من الرفاهية والاستدامة داخلها.
