علم “اليوم 24” أن لجنة خاصة من طرف وزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة تحقق في حيثيات وملابسات واقعة إقدام عدد من التلاميذ تخريب مؤسسة تعليمية بداية الأسبوع الجاري.
وأوضح مصدر مطلع، أن الوزارة الوصية بعثت لجنة خاصة من أجل التحقيق في حادث تخريب مؤسسة تعليمية بمدينة سيدي سليمان، تزامنا مع الاحتقان الذي يشهده قطاع التعليم العمومي هذا العام.
وجرى تداول شريط فيديو يوثق لعملية تخريب مدرسة من طرف عدد من التلاميذ علاوة على تكسير زجاج الأقسام الدراسية وإتلاف وثائق إدارية.
يأتي ذلك في سياق الاحتقان التي يشهده قطاع التعليم بين أساتذة الذي ينتمون إلى بعض التنسيقيات والوزارة الوصية.

أعلنت وزارة التعليم فتح التقديم على (10,494) وظيفة تعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني في جميع الإدارات العامة للتعليم، للعام الدراسي 1447هـ، من خلال المنصة الوطنية الموحدة للتوظيف "جدارات"، وذلك لجميع الخريجين ووفق تخصصات محددة لسد الاحتياج.
ويبدأ التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية اعتبارًا من يوم الجمعة 07 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 07 مارس 2025م، للمتقدمين وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 12 رمضان 1446 هـ الموافق 12 مـارس 2025، وللمتقدمات يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 14 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 14مارس 2025م، وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 19 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 19 مارس 2025م، وذلك وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في الخدمة المدنية.

وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
