«MBG » تدشن أكبر مشروع فى «رأس البر» على 42 فداناً

أعلنت شركة MBG للاستثمار العقارى، عن بدء تسويق المرحلة الأولى لمشروع «رأس البر باى» بمنطقة رأس البر، والذى حصلت عليه الشركة بنظام الشراكة مع هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، على مساحة 42 فداناً.
وضمن هذا الإطار أوضح الدكتور محمود العدل، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة MBG للاستثمار العقارى، أن استثمارات المشروع تتخطى الـ10 مليارات جنيه لإنشاء مجتمع سكنى وسياحى وترفيهى وتجارى، على مساحة 42 فدانا، مشيرا إلى أن الشركة بدأت فى أعمال التسويق الخاصة بالمرحلة الأولى، التى شهدت إقبالا لافتا.
ولفت إلى أنه تم التعاقد لتصميم المشروع، الذى يتضمن فندقا سياحيا نظام 5 نجوم، ووحدات فندقية، فضلا عن تضمنه وحدات سكنية بمساحات مختلفة تلائم كافة الفئات، تبدأ من 60 مترا، ومولا تجاريا.
وأشار العدل إلى أن المشروع يتضمن أول ممشى سياحى بالدلتا بالكامل، بطول 1000 متر، بلسان داخل البحر ومرسى لليخوت، فضلا عن أنه يعد أول مشروع يتضمن ناديا للأطفال «Kids club»، و«CLB HOUS»، وفيلات وقصورا تطل على البحر لأول مرة.
ولفت العدل إلى أن موقع المشروع له قيمة تاريخية كبرى، حيث كان يجمع الملك فاروق وبعض الأمراء فضلا عن الرموز الفنية الكبرى منها الفنانة الكبيرة كوكب الشرق أم كلثوم وكبار الفنانين والملحنين، وهو ما يفسر الإقبال الكبير من العملاء بمجرد طرح المرحلة الأولى للمشروع للتسويق.
وأكد أن المراحل التسويقية للمشروع تتضمن 3 مراحل، تم إطلاق المرحلة الأولى، وباقى المراحل سيتم الإعلان عنها خلال عام 2024، لافتا إلى أنه تم الانتهاء من تسويق نحو 80%، من المرحلة الأولى بالكامل خلال وقت قياسى، لافتا إلى أنه من المقرر بدء الأعمال الإنشائية للمشروع فى مارس 2024.
وأوضح أن المشروع يتضمن لسانا داخل البحر، ورومانتيك تراك، 3 مجمعات حمام سباحة، ومجمعا للملاعب، ومجمعا للأسرة، فضلا عن تضمنه منطقة تجارية على مساحة 18 ألف متر، ووحدات فندقية، موضحا أنه سيتم تشغيل الشاطئ لاستقبال المصطافين الصيف المقبل.
ولفت إلى أن مشروع «رأس البر باى» برأس البر يتضمن 4 قصور، تم حجزها بالكامل بمجرد الإعلان عنها، لافتا إلى أن المشروع يتميز بتنوع المساحات، لافتا إلى أن المشروع يتضمن عدة خدمات منها «مجمع حمامات سباحة للكبار والصغار والسيدات، وأكوا للكبار والأطفال، ومجمع ملاعب رياضية، ومجموعة كافيهات ومطاعم، وكيدز إريا، ولسان داخل البحر ينتهى بكافيهات ومطاعم، ومول تجارى عالمى، وفندق عالمى وغرف فندقية، وClubhouse، وجيم وسبا وجاكوزى، وحمام سباحة مغطى للسيدات، وساحة لعمل مؤتمرات ومناسبات».
