بعد أكثر من شهرين على حرب غزة.. مصطفى الفقي يكشف مفاجأة عن إسرائيل رد مفاجئ من حزب الله على هجمات إسرائيل ببيروت.. سمير فرج يكشف (فيديو) نتنياهو يدمر قضاء إسرائيلوقال في مداخلة هاتفية لبرنامج "مساء dmc" مع الإعلامي أسامة كمال، إن نتنياهو طرح في حكومته الرابعة قبل فترتين سابقتين مشروع التعديلات القضائية في إسرائيل وكان فكره هو أن المحكمة العليا تفضل حقوق الأفراد على القيم الصهيونية.
وأوضح أن نتنياهو يرى أن المحكمة العليا في إسرائيل تسيطر على الائتلافات والحكومة وقراراتها وتتعارض مع الطابع اليهودي للدولة، واتفقوا في بنود الائتلاف للحكومة الحالية على التعديلات القضائية.
وأضاف أن الحكومة في إسرائيل أصدرت 12 قانونًا غريبة تهمش دور المحكمة العليا في القرارات الحكومية خصوصًا تعيين الوزراء ونوابهم، وكانوا يعملون على هدم الأسس التي قامت عليها الكيانات القضائية.
وأشار إلى أن أحد هذه القوانين هو إلغاء قانون المعقولية والذي كان يتيح للمحكمة العليا في إسرائيل مراجعة ومراقبة قرارات الحكومة وإذا كان هناك قرارًا لا يتوافق مع الصالح العام لها حق إبطاله.
ولفت إلى أن المحكمة العليا في إسرائيل كان لها حق عزل رئيس الوزراء في حالة وجود مشكلة أو عدم أهلية مثل دخول شارون في غيبوبة، لكن الحكومة منعت عزله بقرار من المحكمة ويتم العزل بـ90 صوت في الكنسيت أو 75% من أعضاء الحكومة وهو ما سيكون مستحيلًا في إسرائيل.
