التقى الفريق أشرف إبراهيم عطوة قائد القوات البحرية المصرية العميد الركن بحرى هزاع مطلق العلاطى
آمر القوة البحرية الكويتية والوفد المرافق له خلال زيارته الرسمية لقيادة القوات البحرية بالإسكندرية .
تضمنت الزيارة جولة تفقدية لعدد من الوحدات البحرية المنضمة حديثاً لأسطول القوات البحرية ،
والمرور على لواء الوحدات الخاصة ، وتفقد منظومة الإعداد والتأهيل للطلبة داخل الكلية البحرية.
كما شملت الزيارة المرور على شركة ترسانة الإسكندرية وهنجر بناء السفن للتعرف على الإمكانيات
والخبرات المصرية الرائدة في مجال إنتاج الوحدات البحرية المختلفة وفقاُ لأحدث النظم التكنولوجية .
يأتي ذلك في إطار تعزيز علاقات التعاون العسكري وتبادل الخبرات بين القوات البحرية لكلا البلدين الشقيقين .
