تشرف بأداء القسم أمام خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ـ حفظه الله ـ، في قصر عرقه بالرياض، اليوم، سفراء خادم الحرمين الشريفين المعينون حديثاً لدى عدد من الدول الصديقة.
وقد أدى القسم كل من صاحبة السمو الأميرة هيفاء بنت عبدالعزيز بن عياف آل مقرن السفيرة المعينة لدى مملكة إسبانيا، والسفير المعين لدى اليابان الدكتور غازي بن فيصل بن زقر، والسفير المعين لدى جمهورية المجر ماجد بن عبدالعزيز العبدان، والسفير المعين لدى جمهورية موريشيوس فايز بن مشل التمياط، والسفير المعين لدى جمهورية أوغندا محمد بن خليل فالوده، والسفير المعين لدى جمهورية بلغاريا رامي بن سعود العتيبي، قائلين (أُقسم بالله العظيم أن أكون مخلصاً لديني، ثم مليكي ووطني، وأن لا أبوحَ بسر من أسرار الدولة، وأن أحافظ على مصالحها وأنظمتها في الداخل والخارج، وأن أُؤدّيَ عملي بالصدق والأمانة والإخلاص).

حضر أداء القسم، معالي نائب وزير الخارجية المهندس وليد بن عبدالكريم الخريجي، ومعالي مساعد السكرتير الخاص لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الأستاذ تميم بن عبدالعزيز السالم.
