أيد القضاء الفرنسي حظر مظاهرة ضد عنف الشرطة كانت مقررة السبت في باريس، فيما لا تزال البلاد تحت تأثير موجة أعمال عنف شهدتها أخيراً.
أثار مقتل الشاب نائل م (17 عاماً) برصاص شرطي خلال تدقيق مروري، في 27 يونيو (حزيران)، أعمال شغب ليلية عمت البلاد.
عنف الشرطة، المؤلفة من نحو 50 منظمة بينها حزب "فرنسا الأبية" وحزب الخضر والاتحاد العمالي العام، بالقول إن "قيادة الشرطة، بدعم من قضاة المحكمة الإدارية في باريس، تمنع جميع قنوات التعبير عن المطالب الديمقراطية المشروعة".

وقالت قيادة الشرطة "إنها تبلغت" بقرار المحكمة و "تُذكر بأن التظاهرة محظورة".
على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، انتقدت التنسيقية الوطنية لمكافحة عنف الشرطة "المحكمة الإدارية المؤتمرة" من وزير الداخلية الفرنسي جيرالد دارمانان.

— 24.ae (@20fourMedia) July 8, 2023وأعلن الأخير، الأربعاء، حظر هذا التجمع وأي "تظاهرة ترتبط مباشرة بأعمال الشغب" حتى 15 يوليو (تموز).
خلال جلسة الاستماع أمام المحكمة الإدارية، السبت، شجبت المحامية لوسي سيمون "التعليمات العامة وبالتالي غير القانونية" بحظر التظاهرات.
وقالت: "إذا أردنا كبح الغضب، يجب أن نرشد تعبيره الديمقراطي".
أعمال العنف في المدن أخيراً وتعبئة عدد كبير من قوات الأمن الخميس والجمعة بمناسبة الاحتفال بالعيد الوطني في 14 يوليو (حزيران).
وكانت قيادة الشرطة حظرت تظاهرة سابقة في باريس الأسبوع الماضي، تكريماً لذكرى الشاب الأسود أداما تراوري الذي قُتل خلال عمليّة توقيف في يوليو (تموز) 2016.
وعلى الرغم من أمر من الشرطة بمنع إقامة التظاهرة، تجمع ما لا يقل عن ألفي شخص السبت الماضي في باريس.
