"أدير العقارية" تختتم عامًا استثنائيًا لها بمبيعات تجاوزت 214 مليون ريال في مزاد "تيجان الدمام"

ودعت "أدير العقارية" العام الحالي 2023 بمزاد استثنائي أقامته اليوم الأربعاء 27 ديسمبر في قاعة المها بفندق كمبينسكي العثمان بمدينة الخُبر؛ تمكنت خلاله من بيع أرض "تيجان الدمام" النموذجية بقيمة مالية بلغت 214,366,287.38 ريال (شامل قيمة التصرفات العقارية والسعي) .
وقد اعتبر المشاركون في المزاد أن "أدير العقارية" أهدت السوق العقاري في الشرقية هدية ثمينة مع نهاية العام بطرحها هذه الأرض الفريدة من نوعها للبيع، التي تمتد على مساحة 220,797 مترًا مربعًا، لتمنح مالكها الجديد فرصة نادرة لبدء العام الجديد 2024 بمشروع استثماري ناجح يُدر عليه العوائد المجزية في المستقبل القريب.

ونظرًا لأهمية الفرصة المطروحة للبيع، وتنوع استخداماتها، وامتلاكها مقومات استثمارية عالية، اكتظت صالة الفندق بكبار رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين وممثلي شركات التطوير العقاري الذين تنافسوا للفوز بهذه الأرض الخام التي يُتوقع لها أن تكون -بعد الانتهاء من تطويرها- تحفة عمرانية فريدة تتألق بموقعها الاستراتيجي في حي الشعلة بالدمام، أحد الأحياء الهامة التي تنعم بقربها من مدينتي الظهران والخُبر، لتمنح ساكنيها سهولة الوصول إلى كافة وجهاتهم داخل مُدن حاضرة الدمام بكل يُسر وسهولة.
