«دله نمار » تعلن عن استخدام تقنيات الليزر بديلاً للجراحة لعلاج البواسير والناسور العصعصي والشرجي

أعلنت مستشفى دله نمار، عن البدء باستخدام تقنية العلاج بالليزر طفيف التوغل، لعلاج الناسور العصعصي والبواسير والناسور الشرجي وهو ما يمثل تقدمًا كبيرًا في الإجراءات الطبية لهذه الحالات.

وتعتبر تقنية الليزر المتطورة هي الأضخم في هذا المجال خلال العقد الماضي، نسبة لكونها تمنح المرضى خيارًا علاجيًا أسهل، وخاليًا من الألم، وسريعًا، وتعطي نتائج عالية الفاعلية، كما تتيح للمرضى استئناف أنشطتهم اليومية بسرعة أكبر.
وقد خضع حتى الآن لإجراء هذا العلاج المبتكر داخل مستشفى دله نمار عددا من المرضى من مختلف الفئات العمرية، وقد حققوا نتائج معدلات تعافٍ سريعة ونسب نجاح استثنائية مقارنة بالأساليب الجراحية التقليدية، حيث تضم العلاجات ما يلي: علاج البواسير بالليزر، وتتضمن استخدام شعاع ليزري لعلاج البواسير بفاعلية، دون الحاجة لفتح شقوق، أو إحداث ضرر في نسيج الشرج الظهاري.
وكذلك علاج الناسور العصعصي بالليزر وهو إجراء طفيف التوغل ويمثل الحل الأمثل لشفاء قناة الجيب مع الحفاظ على سلامة الجلد المحيط، ويختصر مدة الإقامة بالمستشفى، مع خفض الإحساس بالألم، وتطبيق أفضل النتائج التجميلية، بالإضافة لإغلاق الناسور الشرجي بالليزر عبر استهداف استئصال قناة الناسور، حيث تحافظ هذه التقنية على العضلة العاصرة، وتوفر منهجية خفيفة التوغل للتخلص من قناة الناسور الشرجي، وتضمن الحفاظ على سلامة الجلد والعضلات.

وأشار د. ذو الفقار من الملاحظ بعد استخدام هذا الإجراء سرعة أكبر لتعافي المرضى، بجانب إحساس أقل بالانزعاج، وعودة فورية لممارسة حياتهم اليومية، وهو ما يمثِّل تطورًا كبيرًا مقارنة بالطرق التقليدية، مشيرا إلى أنه لا يقتصر هذا الابتكار على استخدام التقنية المتقدمة فحسب؛ بل يتعلق بالارتقاء بالحياة نحو الأفضل.
