الإعدام لشيخ من الأسرة الحاكمة في الكويت.. أدين بجريمة بشعة

قالت وسائل إعلام كويتية إن محكمة الجنايات قضت الثلاثاء بإعدام الشيخ صباح السالم الصباح، بعدما أدين بجريمة قتل بشعة.
وبحسب مواقع كويتية فإن الصباح أدين بقتل المواطن عبد العزيز الزعتري، وذلك في جريمة قتل بشعة تعود إلى نيسان/ أبريل الماضي.
وقال محامي أسرة الضحية، بشار النصار، إن الحكم جاء بسبب أن القاتل قام بجريمته بسبق الإصرار والترصد.
وكان وزير الداخلية الكويتي طلال الخالد الصباح تعهد بأن تكون محاكمة قتلة الزعتري عادلة، مطمئنا ذوي الضحية بأن الجاني لن ينجو من فعلته.
وفي نيسان/ أبريل الماضي، قالت وسائل إعلام كويتية، إن الناشط المجتمعي عبد العزيز الزعتري، الذي كان مسؤولا في الجمعية الكويتية لحماية الحيوان، قُتل أمام باب منزله، وعلى مرأى والدته، بعد أن أطلق عليه شيخ من الأسرة الحاكمة 13 رصاصة.
وفيما لم يتم الكشف عن أسباب الجريمة الحقيقية، قالت وسائل إعلام، إن المتهم قال عند عرضه أمام النيابة العامة إنه يعاني من أمراض نفسية، وأنه لم يدرك ما فعله.
إلا أن المحامي النصار قال إن تقرير الطب النفسي في المحكمة، أثبت أن القاتل قام بفعلته دون التأثر بأي عوامل خارجية، وأنه مسؤول عن تصرفاته.
وقال النصار إن أسرة القاتل حاولت التوسط من أجل إنقاذ نجلهم من الإعدام مقابل دفع دية والتوصل إلى تسوية مالية، بيد أن أم الزعتري أخبرتهم أنها مصرة على القصاص من قاتل ابنها.
