مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ "سبعينية" عانت من إنسداد بالصمام الأورطي بعملية متقدمة

بفضل من الله - نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إنهاء معاناة إمرأة "سبعينية" مصابة بتضيق شديد في الصمام الأورطي، أحدث خللاً في حركة تدفق الدم إلى القلب وبقية أجزاء الجسم، ذكر ذلك د.عبدالله الشهري استشاري القلب والأشعة التداخلية.

وقال د.الشهري أن المريضة أسعفت إلى المستشفى بعد شعورها بحزمة أعراض أبرزها آلام وضيق بالصدر، والإرهاق والشعور بالضعف بعد بذل أي مجهود وضيق النفس، وتلقت فور وصولها الإسعافات الأولية ثم خضعت لعدة فحوصات طبية دقيقة، ومن بينها الأشعة فوق الصوتية "الايكو" التي بينت نتائجها وجود تضيق شديد بالصمام الأورطي.

وأخضع الفريق الطبي الحالة للنقاش على ضوء المعطيات التي قدمتها نتائج التحقيق وخلص إلى ضرورة التدخل السريع للحيولة دون حدوث مضاعفات نتيجة للضيق الشديد بالصمام ، فتم تجهيز المريضة واتخاذ كافة الترتيبات اللازمة، وأجريت لها عملية دقيقة عبر تقنية القسطرة التداخلية تحت التخدير البسيط، والدخول من خلال الشريان الفخذي، وتم فيها تغيير الصمام الأورطي المتضرر بآخر من نوع "إدوارد" بمقاس "23"، مبيناً أن الصمام يتميز عن المعدني بأنه لا يحتاج إلى تناول الأدوية المميعة للدم لفترة طويلة، مشيراً إلى أن العملية التي استمرت لساعتين، مضت وفقاً لما هو مرسوم في الخطة العلاجية، وفي النهاية توجت جهود الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد بالنجاح، حيث نُقلت المريضة بحالة مستقرة إلى العناية المركزة، ووضعت تحت المراقبة الطبية لنحو "24" ساعة، قبل أن تغادر مباشرة إلى منزلها بحالة صحية جسدية ونفسية جيدة، بعدما تخلصت من كافة الأعراض التي قادتها إلى المستشفى وبينت الفحوصات اللاحقة نجاح العملية كما أنها عادت إلى ممارسة حياتها بصورة طبيعية.

ووصف د.الشهري عملية تغيير الصمام الأورطي عن طريق القسطرة بالمتقدمة مضيفاً أن نجاحها أسهم بفضل الله في تجنيب المريضة عملية القلب المفتوح والكثير من التبعات الصحية الوخيمة، كالجلطات الدموية، السكتة الدماغية، فشل القلب، والوفاة لا سمح الله نتيجة لتوقف القلب المفاجئ.
