توطين مهن جديدة: الموارد البشرية تُعلن خبرًا سارًا للمواطنين اليوم

في خطوة نحو تعزيز مشاركة المواطنين في سوق العمل، أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية اليوم عن بدء سريان توطين مجموعة من المهن.
يأتي هذا القرار بعد انتهاء فترة السماح التي تم تحديدها مُسبقًا، ويشمل قطاعات المبيعات والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع، بهدف زيادة فرص العمل للمواطنين في هذه القطاعات وتحفيز البيئة العملية لتحقيق أهداف المملكة.
في إطار جهود تعزيز فرص العمل للمواطنين، أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية عن بدء تنفيذ توطين المهن في قطاعات المبيعات والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع.
ويهدف هذا القرار إلى زيادة مشاركة المواطنين السعوديين في هذه المهن وتعزيز البيئة العملية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المملكة، وسيتم متابعة وتنفيذ القرار بواسطة الجهات الإشرافية لضمان تحقيق النسب المحددة لتوطين المهن.
مهن المشترياتتم الإعلان اليوم عن بدء توطين مهن المشتريات في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث تشمل هذه المهن مجموعة من الوظائف مثل مدير المشتريات، ومندوب المشتريات، ومدير العقود، وأخصائي المناقصات، وأخصائي المشتريات.
يأتي هذا القرار في إطار سعي الحكومة لزيادة فرص العمل للمواطنين السعوديين، حيث ستكون نسبة توطين هذه المهن 50%.
وزارة الموارد البشرية.. خطوات التسجيل في الضمان الاجتماعي وشروط الاستحقاق وزارة الموارد البشرية توضح خطوات تحديث بيانات رخصة عامل مهن المبيعاتاليوم، أُعلن عن بدء توطين مهن المبيعات في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث تشمل هذه المهن وظائف مثل مدير المبيعات، ومدير المبيعات بالتجزئة، وأخصائي المبيعات، ومدير المبيعات بالجملة، وأخصائي المبيعات في تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات، ومندوب المبيعات،وستكون نسبة التوطين في هذه المهن 15%.
مهن إدارة المشاريعأما بالنسبة لمهن إدارة المشاريع، فتشمل وظائف مدير إدارة المشاريع، وأخصائي إدارة المشاريع، ومدير المشاريع، وأخصائي مكتب إدارة المشاريع، ومدير مشروع الاتصالات، ومدير مشروع خدمات الأعمال، وستكون نسبة التوطين في هذه المهن 35%.
وفي سياق دعم عملية التوطين، أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية عن تقديم محفزات ودعم للمنشآت القطاع الخاص، تشمل دعم عمليات الاستقطاب والبحث عن الكوادر البشرية المناسبة، وتقديم دعم للتدريب والتأهيل، وتيسير عمليات التوظيف والاستمرار في الوظائف.
هذا وسيتاح للمنشآت القطاع الخاص الاستفادة من برامج الدعم المُقدمة عبر صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف)، فضلًا عن الاستفادة من جميع برامج دعم التوطين المُتاحة في النظام، وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن جهود الوزارة لتشجيع التوطين وتقديم الدعم اللازم للمنشآت لتحقيق أهدافها في هذا الصدد.

أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية عن تعديل المدة المسموحة لرفع ملفات حماية الأجور في منصة "مُدد" إلى 30 يومًا فقط بدلًا من 60 يومًا، وذلك ابتداءً من 1 مارس 2025. ويأتي ذلك في إطار جهود الوزارة المستمرة لتحسين كفاءة نظام حماية الأجور، ودعم استقرار المنشآت، ورفع مستوى الشفافية، وحفظ حقوق أصحاب العمل والعاملين. ويتيح النظام في وقت سابق رفع ملفات حماية الأجور عن فترة شهرين ماضيين (أي 60 يومًا)، فيما أصبح يتعين على المنشآت رفع الملفات عن شهر واحد (30) يومًا فقط لضمان الدقة، والالتزام في دفع الأجور وفقًا للقيمة والوقت المتفق عليهما بين أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية، حيث استندت الوزارة في تحديث المدة المسموحة على دراسة سلوك ممثلي المنشآت في مدة رفع ملفات حماية الأجور، إذ أظهرت الإحصائيات بأن 91% من المنشآت تقوم برفع ملفات حماية الأجور خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستحقاق. وتسعى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية من خلال تقليص المدة المسموحة لرفع ملفات حماية الأجور إلى تحفيز المنشآت على الامتثال بالنظام بشكل أسرع وأدق لضمان صرف الأجور في مواعيدها المستحقة، وتعزيز الثقة والأمان في بيئات العمل، وتأتي هذه الخطوة تأكيدًا على التزام الوزارة بتطوير نظام حماية الأجور، وتسهيل رفع الملفات عبر منصة "مُدد". وتدعو الوزارة جميع ممثلي المنشآت إلى رفع ملفات حماية الأجور بانتظام عبر منصة "مُدد" ضمن المدة المحددة، والاطلاع على تفاصيل "نظام إدارة الرواتب" لتتمكن كافة منشآت القطاع الخاص من تحقيق الالتزام بمتطلبات البرنامج بكل يسر وسهولة، والإسهام في دعم استقرار سوق العمل، وحفظ حقوق العاملين فيه.
