عمون - التقى وزير الداخلية، مازن الفراية، خلال زيارة رسمية إلى جمهورية مصر العربية، نظيره المصري محمود توفيق. واستعرض الجانبان خلال اللقاء أوجه التعاون بين وزارتي الداخلية في البلدين وسبل تعزيزها، إضافة إلى آخر المستجدات في القضايا الأمنية ذات الاهتمام المشترك. وأعرب الفراية عن تقديره لأجهزة وزارة الداخلية المصرية، مشيدا بالقدرات والإمكانات التقنية والعلمية والتدريبية التي شاهدها خلال زيارته لعدد من قطاعاتها. وأوضح، أن زيارته إلى مصر تأتي في إطار العلاقات الوثيقة بين البلدين، مؤكدا اهتمام الأردن بتعزيز آليات التعاون وتبادل الخبرات مع الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية في شتى مجالات العمل الأمني. وثمن وزير الداخلية المصري محمود توفيق زيارة الوزير الفراية إلى القاهرة، مؤكدا حرص الوزارة على مد جسور التواصل والتعاون مع أجهزة الأمن الأردنية في ضوء العلاقات التاريخية التي تربط البلدين. وأشار توفيق إلى أهمية تعزيز آليات التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين الأردن ومصر في المجالات الأمنية محل الاهتمام المشترك، وحتمية تضافر الجهود لمحاصرة وتقويض الظواهر السلبية الناجمة عن الإرهاب والجرائم المنظمة بشتى أشكالها في ظل المتغيرات والتطورات على الساحتين الإقليمية والدولية. بترا
