النيابة العامة: إيقاف أربعة مواطنين قاموا بخيانة الأمانة والتصرف بأموال جمعية خيرية (غير ربحية)/عاجل

باشرت النيابة العامة التحقيق في قضية تتعلق باتهام أربعة مواطنين قاموا بخيانة الأمانة الموكلة إليهم في إدارة إحدى الجمعيات الخيرية، والتصرف بسوء نية.

وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق قيام المتهمين بخيانة الأمانة والثقة الممنوحة لهم، وذلك عبر صرف إعانات للعاملين في الجمعية وغيرهم دون وجه حق، وصرف مستحقات مالية تتجاوز المليون ريال دون مراعاة للأنظمة.

وجرى إيقاف المتهمين، وإحالتهم للمحكمة المختصة للمطالبة بالعقوبات المقررة، طبقًا لنظام مكافحة الاحتيال المالي وخيانة الأمانة.

وتؤكد النيابة العامة على الحماية الجزائية للجمعيات الخيرية (غير ربحية) ومواردها، وأن المساس بها أو استغلالها يعد جريمة موجبة للمساءلة الجزائية المشددة.
