مزاد "تيجان الدمام" نقطة تحول هامة لحي الشعلة بالدمام

سيشكل مزاد "تيجان الدمام" المُزمع إقامته يوم الأربعاء 27 ديسمبر 2023م في قاعة المها بفندق كمبينسكي العثمان بمدينة الخُبر؛ نقطة تحول هامة لحي الشعلة بالدمام الذي يحتضن هذه الأرض الفضاء النموذجية، التي ستكون بعد الانتهاء من تطويرها تحفة عمرانية فريدة من نوعها تخطف الأنظار باستراتيجية موقعها، وتنوع استخداماتها.
ومع إعلان شركة "أدير العقارية" عن موعد المزاد، انطلقت التكهنات في المنطقة الشرقية عن صاحب النصيب الوافر الذي سيتمَّلك هذه الأرض الرحبة التي تمتد على مساحة 220,797 مترًا مربعًا، وتستقر في موقعٍ متميزٍ غرب مدينة الدمام على حدود مدينة الظهران الفاتنة، بجوار مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الثقافي "إثراء"، ومستشفى العيون التخصصي، على مقربة من وست إفنيو مول، و(لايف بارك)، وشركة أرامكو السعودية، ومجمع النخيل مول، ومجموعة من المنشآت الحكومية التي تتمركز على جانبي طريق الجبيل الظهران السريع، مما يجعل من موقع هذه التحفة النفيسة فُرصة ذهبية نادرة الوجود.
وفي تعليقه على طرح هذه الأرض للبيع في مزاد علني، قال متعب بن حمد آل سعد الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير العقارية": يعتبر مزاد "تيجان الدمام" فرصة ربما لن تتكرر، لبدء استثمار عقاري ناجح في حي الشعلة ذو الكثافة العمرانية المرتفعة والنشاط التجاري المتزايد، والذي يحتل موقعاً متميزاً في قلب الدمام، المدينة الحيوية ذات المكانة الاقتصادية الرفيعة.
ويُضيف آل سعد: تستقطب أرض "تيجان الدمام" اهتمام المستثمرين لكونها أرض خام، رحبة المساحة متنوعة الاستخدام مُخصّصة للاستخدام التجاري السكني، والسكني الاستثماري بارتفاع 3 أدوار، وهي تعتبر فرصة نموذجية لتطوير مشاريع سكنيّة وتجاريّة ضخمة ذات عوائد مالية مجزية، ضمن حي الشعلة مُتعدد المزايا، الذي يُعتبر البوابة المُثلى لدخول عالم الاستثمار العقاري بخطواتٍ واثقةٍ راسخة.

استطاع مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخُبر، إعادة مستوى النظر إلى الرؤية الطبيعية بعملية نوعية تمثلت بزراعة حلقات القرنية باستخدام تقنيات الفيمتوليزر المتطورة، وذلك لمراجع يبلغ من العمر 45 عاماً، يعاني من تدهور مستمراً في مستويات الرؤية. الأمر الذي أفقده القدرة على أداء مهامه اليومية ومواصلة عمله وقيادة السيارة والمشي ليلاً. ذكر ذلك الدكتور يوسف الشمري استشاري طب وجراحة العيون، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
أخبار متعلقة 6 خطوات ضرورية.. كيف تحافظ على سلامتك أثناء قيادة الدراجة الهوائية؟للمرة الأولى.. رصد المذنب "سوان" في سماء الحدود الشماليةوأضاف د. الشمري أن المراجع وصل المستشفى يشكو من تعرضه لتدنٍ متواصل في مستويات النظر، على الفور تمَّ إخضاعه لفحوصات طبية ورفع قياسات العينين، مع عمل دراسة دقيقة لطبوغرافية القرنية، وقد كشفت النتائج عن إصابته بالقرنية المخروطية، التي تؤدي إلى ضعف تدريجي في الرؤية، نتيجة تغير شكل القرنية. موضحاً أن نسبة الإبصار في العينين كانت لا تتعدى 30% باستخدام الأدوات المساعدة، مثل النظارات، كما أنه حاول العلاج سابقاً في عدة مستشفيات ومراكز طبية، واصفين له العدسات الصلبة ذات الاستخدام اليومي فقط، الأمر الذي تسبب له مع الوقت في الشعور بالآلام نتيجة الالتهابات الشديدة والجفاف المزمن للعينين.
وقال الدكتور الشمري أن الفريق الطبي بعد اطلاعه على كامل نتائج الفحوصات وضع خطة علاجية خاصة، بدأت بايقاف تام للعدسات الصلبة ذات الاستخدام اليومي، وإعطاء المراجع نظارة خاصة مؤقتة، مع معالجة الجفاف والالتهابات عبر استخدام قطرات ترطيب ذات كثافة عالية، بالإضافة إلى قطرات كورتيزون وذلك لمدة شهر كامل. بعدها تم عمل فحوصات تبين منها استعادة العينين كامل عافيتهما، تبع ذلك طلب حلقات القرنية من شركة متخصصة في هذا المجال من المملكة المتحدة، وبعد وصولها أخضع المراجع لإجراء علاجي استغرق 15 دقيقة فقط دون أي فتح جراحي، حيث تم تركيب الحلقات باستخدام تقنيات الفيمتوليزر الحديثة، شارحا أن تلك الحلقات تمثل دعامات للقرنية، بحيث تعمل على تعديل شكل القرنية والإنحراف الغير منتظم الى إنحراف منتظم، وبالتالي تتحسن الرؤية لدى المراجع. وبفضل الله خرج المراجع من المستشفى بعد 24 ساعة وهو بصحة جيدة.
وأكد الدكتور الشمري على نجاح جهود الفريق الطبي، إذ تم متابعة الحالة لعدة أسابيع، وأكدت الفحوصات تحسن مستوى كفاءة النظر ووصولها إلى أكثر من 80% ، وتُعد هذه النسبة عالية جداً خاصة مع مرضى القرنية المخروطية، وقد عاد المراجع إلى ممارسة حياته بصورة طبيعية بعد أن تخلص من استخدام النظارات والعدسات الصلبة بصورة نهائية.
