مزاد "تيجان الدمام" نقطة تحول هامة لحي الشعلة بالدمام

سيشكل مزاد "تيجان الدمام" المُزمع إقامته يوم الأربعاء 27 ديسمبر 2023م في قاعة المها بفندق كمبينسكي العثمان بمدينة الخُبر؛ نقطة تحول هامة لحي الشعلة بالدمام الذي يحتضن هذه الأرض الفضاء النموذجية، التي ستكون بعد الانتهاء من تطويرها تحفة عمرانية فريدة من نوعها تخطف الأنظار باستراتيجية موقعها، وتنوع استخداماتها.
ومع إعلان شركة "أدير العقارية" عن موعد المزاد، انطلقت التكهنات في المنطقة الشرقية عن صاحب النصيب الوافر الذي سيتمَّلك هذه الأرض الرحبة التي تمتد على مساحة 220,797 مترًا مربعًا، وتستقر في موقعٍ متميزٍ غرب مدينة الدمام على حدود مدينة الظهران الفاتنة، بجوار مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الثقافي "إثراء"، ومستشفى العيون التخصصي، على مقربة من وست إفنيو مول، و(لايف بارك)، وشركة أرامكو السعودية، ومجمع النخيل مول، ومجموعة من المنشآت الحكومية التي تتمركز على جانبي طريق الجبيل الظهران السريع، مما يجعل من موقع هذه التحفة النفيسة فُرصة ذهبية نادرة الوجود.
وفي تعليقه على طرح هذه الأرض للبيع في مزاد علني، قال متعب بن حمد آل سعد الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير العقارية": يعتبر مزاد "تيجان الدمام" فرصة ربما لن تتكرر، لبدء استثمار عقاري ناجح في حي الشعلة ذو الكثافة العمرانية المرتفعة والنشاط التجاري المتزايد، والذي يحتل موقعاً متميزاً في قلب الدمام، المدينة الحيوية ذات المكانة الاقتصادية الرفيعة.
ويُضيف آل سعد: تستقطب أرض "تيجان الدمام" اهتمام المستثمرين لكونها أرض خام، رحبة المساحة متنوعة الاستخدام مُخصّصة للاستخدام التجاري السكني، والسكني الاستثماري بارتفاع 3 أدوار، وهي تعتبر فرصة نموذجية لتطوير مشاريع سكنيّة وتجاريّة ضخمة ذات عوائد مالية مجزية، ضمن حي الشعلة مُتعدد المزايا، الذي يُعتبر البوابة المُثلى لدخول عالم الاستثمار العقاري بخطواتٍ واثقةٍ راسخة.

ونوه سموه بحوكمة الجمعيات وعملها بخطط استراتيجية تضمن استمرارها وتحقيق الأهداف التي أنشئت من أجلها تمهيداً للوصول لخدمات نوعية ومتخصصة بشكل منظم ومدروس، مؤكداً سموه أهمية العمل على تنسيق وتكامل الجهود، والبناء المؤسسي لمنظومة القطاع غير الربحي.
وأوضح رئيس مجلس الجمعيات الاهلية بالمنطقة الشرقية الدكتور عبد الله بن راشد الخالدي أن القطاع غير الربحي في المنطقة شهد نموًا ملموسًا خلال عام 2025 ؛ حيث بلغ عدد الجمعيات الأهلية 450 جمعية متنوعة التخصصات تعمل في مختلف محافظات المنطقة لتخدم السكان من مواطنين ومقيمين وتقديم خدماتها حسب التخصصات المتنوعة والمجالات المختلفة.
وأشار إلى أن مجلس الجمعيات الأهلية بالمنطقة حقق عدداً من الإنجازات أبرزها
المشاركة في تأسيس مجموعة من الجمعيات الأهلية في المجالات التي تحتاجها المنطقة ، إلى جانب احتضان الجمعيات الناشئة في مقر المجلس وتقديم الدعم الاداري واللوجستي لها لتنطلق بكفاءة وفاعلية في تحقيق اهدافها التنموية ، كما عمل المجلس على تدريب وتأهيل أكثر من 1500 من منسوبي ومستفيدي الجمعيات الأهلية عبر برنامج تدريبي نوعي للحصول على شهادات عالمية معتمده في الموارد البشرية، قدّمها المجلس بالشراكة مع شركة أكاديمية التعلم.
وأضاف الدكتور الخالدي بأن المجلس نفّذ مبادرة الاستثمار الاجتماعي التي أسهمت في خلق فرص عمل وتوظيف أكثر من 1350 مواطن ومواطنة للعمل في الجمعيات الأهلية بكافة محافظات المنطقة ، حيث استفاد منها أكثر من 205 جمعية في 12 محافظة من محافظات المنطقة، بالتعاون مع نخبةٍ من شركاء الأثر في القطاعين غير الربحي والقطاع الخاص ، مبيناً أن المجلس يعمل حالياً على مشروع دراسة "واقع الجمعيات الأهلية في المنطقة الشرقية وأثرها ومساهمتها التنموية والاقتصادية في الناتج المحلي وأثرها في العمل التطوعي" ، لافتاً بأن هذه الدراسة ستعطي بإذن الله تصوراً دقيقاً عن الجمعيات في المنطقة ، إضافةً إلى الاحتياجات المستقبلية لتأسيس جمعيات جديدة في مجالات تحتاجها المنطقة من خلال الخارطة الحرارية التي ستكون أحد مخرجات الدراسة بإذن الله ، مشيراً إلى وجود 16 جمعية تعمل في القطاع الصحي ويتم التنسيق وتبادل الخدمات فيما بينها .
