الخارجية الروسية ترحب بالحوار بين فنزويلا وجويانا لتسوية الخلاف بينهما

رحبت المتحدثة الرسمية باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية، ماريا زاخاروفا، بالحوار بين رئيسي فنزويلا وجويانا لتسوية خلاف البلدين حول إقليم "إيسيكويبو"، داعيةً في الوقت ذاته الأطراف الخارجية إلى عدم التدخل في الأزمة.
وقالت زاخاروفا في بيان على الموقع الرسمي لوزارة الخارجية الروسية اليوم الإثنين،: " نرحب بلقاء الرئيسين الفنزويلي والجوياني، الذي جرى في مدينة كينجستاون، حيث تم تبادل وجهات النظر بخصوص مسألة إيسكويبو".
وأضافت زاخاروفا في بيانها: "نحن نعتبر أنه من المهم بشكل أساسي أن يُظهر رئيسا الدولتين عبر ممثليهما الشخصيين استعدادهما لضبط النفس وبناء الثقة، وأن يُظهرا بوضوح رغبتهما في إيجاد طرق تفاوضية لحل الخلافات تناسب الطرفين وفقًا للقانون الدولي".
وتابعت المتحدثة الرسمية باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية: "تشعر روسيا بالارتياح لأن التفاهم المتبادل، الذي توصل إليه الرئيسان، مكّن من خفض درجة التوتر في العلاقات الثنائية ودفع الحوار إلى اتجاه مُرضٍ للطرفين"، داعية جميع الدول إلى عدم التدخل في الأزمة، ومؤكدة عزم بلادها العمل استنادا إلى ضرورة إيجاد حلول أمريكية لاتينية لمشكلات أمريكا اللاتينية.
وشددت زاخاروفا على أن روسيا على قناعة بأن الحفاظ على أمريكا اللاتينية منطقة سلام وخالية من أي نوع من الصراعات يلبي مصالح جميع بلدان المنطقة والعالم ككل.
