الإيقاع بـ15 بلطجيًا في حملة أمنية

تمكنت أجهزة وزارة الداخلية فى مجال ضبط القائمين بأعمال البلطجة من ضبط (15) متهمًا، في حملة أمنية على مدار 24 ساعة.

وفي مجال ضبط الدراجات النارية المخالفة من ضبط (234) دراجة نارية مخالفة، وفي مجال ضبط المخالفات المرورية تم ضبط (3889) مخالفة مرورية متنوعة.
تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ، وجار استمرار الحملات الأمنية.
جاء ذلك في إطار توجيهات اللواء محمود أبو عمرة مساعد أول وزير الداخلية لقطاع الأمن العام.
الجدير بالذكر أن أجهزة الأمن تشن يوميًا حملات مكبرة لضبط مروجي المخدرات والأسلحة النارية ويأتي ذلك فى إطار مواصلة الحملات الأمنية المُكثفة لمواجهة أعمال البلطجة، وضبط الخارجين عن القانون، وحائزى الأسلحة النارية والبيضاء، وإحكام السيطرة الأمنية، وتكثيف الجهود لمكافحة جرائم الفساد بصوره وأشكاله، مما ينعكس إيجابياً على الاقتصاد الوطنى والحفاظ على المال العام.
وتكثف أجهزة وزارة الداخلية جهودها اليومية من أجل ضبط كافة أنواع المُخالفات والقضايا، وذلك للمحافظة على استقرار المجتمع.
وعلى جانب آخر، قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، المُنعقدة بمُجمع محاكم القاهرة الجديدة، ببراءة المُتهم محمد.س مما أسند إليه من الإتجار في الهيروين وحيازة سلاح ناري.
صدر الحكم برئاسة المُستشار طارق محمد أبو عيدة، وعضوية المستشارين خالد عبد الغفار النجار وأيمن بديع لبيب، وحضور السيد الأستاذ عبد الرحمن علاء الدين خلف الله وكيل النيابة، والأستاذ محمد طه محمد أمين السر.
وأسندت النيابة للمُتهم محمد.س أنه في يوم 11 مارس 2023 بدائرة قسم البساتين أحرز بقصد الإتجار جورهاً مخدراً "الهيروين" في غير الأحوال المُصرح بها قانوناً، وأحرز سلاحاً نارياً غير مُششخن "فرد خرطوش" بدون ترخيص.
وقالت المحكمة في حيثيات حُكم البراءة بأن المتهم لم يكن في أي حالة من حالات التلبس المنصوص عليها حصراً بنص المادة 30 إجراءات جنائية، فلم يشهد الضابط سمة سلاح ناري أو مواد مخدرة مع المتهم قبل ضبطه.
ومن ثم يكون الضبط والتفتيش وقعا باطلين ولا يعتد بثمة دليلاً تمخض عنهما، ذلك لها من الأعمال الإجرائية محكومة من جهة الصحة والبطلان بالمقدمات وليس بالنتائج.
وقالت الحيثيات: "لا يسع المحكمة إلا أن تقضي ببراءة المُتهم مما أسند إليه من اتهامٍ عملاً بنص المادة 304/1 إجراءات جنائية وبمصادرة المخدر والسلاح الناري المضبوطين عملاً بنص المادة 30 عقوبات".

وتتصدر المبادرات الرمضانية، التي تنطلق تحت شعار "ويستمر العطاء"، مبادرة توزيع 2400 كوبون لشراء السلال الغذائية، وذلك لدعم الأسر المحتاجة في عدد من مناطق المملكة. وتنفذ المؤسسة هذه المبادرة، بالتعاون مع مجلس الجمعيات الاهلية في حائل، والجمعية الخيرية في نجران، وجمعية خيبر النسائية في المدينة المنورة، جمعية البر بمكة المكرمة.

كما تعمل المؤسسة على إنهاء عدد من المبادرات الأخرى خلال الشهر الفضيل، تضم مبادرة "رحلة عمرة للفقراء والمحتاجين" تنطلق من عدة مناطق بالمملكة ، ومبادرة "إفطار صائم" في مكة والمدينة، ومبادرة السلال الغذائية، سقيا الماء بمكة والمدينة المنورة، ووقف مصاحف في الحرم المكي والمدني.
وأكدت المؤسسة أنها ستواصل مسيرتها في تنفيذ المشاريع الإنسانية، في مساعدة الاسر المحتاجة ، وهو ما شدد عليه أعضاء مجلس إدارة الجمعية، والتزموا به في اجتماعهم الأخير، الذي استذكروا فيه جهود المغفور له، وبصماته الواضحة مع كل مبادرة أطلقتها المؤسسة، سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الإقليمي أو العالمي".
