بفضل من الله- نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر في إنقاذ حياة مريض خمسيني توقف قلبه، إثر إصابته بالرجفان البطيني بسبب جلطة قلبية حادة في الشريان التاجي، واستغرق علاج الحالة نحو "70" دقيقة من لحظة صوله إلى طوارئ المستشفى، حيث تم إنعاشه ونقله لمختبر القسطرة القلبية وإزالة الإنسداد من الشريان التاجي.

وقال د.عبدالله الشهري استشاري القلب والأشعة التداخلية، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن المريض أسعف إلى الطوارئ في ساعة مبكرة من الصباح، بعد أن داهمته آلام حادة في الصدر والظهر، مع صعوبة في التنفس وشعور مفاجئ بالدوار والإرهاق، وفي لحظة استقباله توقف قلبه عن العمل، فنقل على وجه السرعة إلى غرفة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي، وتم إنعاشه بالصدمات الكهربائية، فعاد القلب للنبض مجدداً، وعقب استقرار حالته تم تخطيط القلب وتحليل الانزيمات، فبينت النتائج وجود جلطة قلبية حادة، واتخذ الفريق الطبي الإجراءات اللازمة، بتكثيف العلاج عبر الأدوية المضادة للتخثر ومميعات الدم،

وبموازاة ذلك تم التواصل مع استشاري القلب وتجهيز غرفة القسطرة، وأظهرت القسطرة وجود انسداد في الشريان التاجي، نتج عنه صعوبة في إمداد عضلة القلب بالدم والأكسجين والعناصر المغذية الكافية، وتمت إزالة الجلطة وتركيب دعامتين وإعادة التروية الدموية للقلب بصورة طبيعية، ونقل المريض بعدها إلى الرعاية المركزة القلبية بحالة مستقرة، وبعد "4" أيام من الرعاية الصحية الحثيثة غادر المستشفى وهو بحالة صحية جيدة لإستكمال المتابعة بعيادة القلب.

وأوضح د.الشهري أن تلقي المريض للإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي بشكل سليم وسريع جداً، ساهم في إنقاذ حياته، مشدداً على أنه من المهم نشر ثقافة التعامل الصحيح مع حالات توقف القلب في المجتمع، مشيراً إلى أهمية خطوات مثل تدليك صدر المصاب "الإنعاش الرئوي المبدئ"، التي على بساطتها تحافظ على استمرار التروية، وتجنب المصاب الكثير من الآثار الخطيرة لتوقف التروية على أعضاء الجسم.
