بعث حضرةُ صاحبِ الجلالةِ السُّلطان هيثم بن طارق المعظم -أبقاهُ اللهُ- ببرقية تعزية ومواساة إلى أخيه صاحبِ السُّمو الشيخ مشعل نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح أمير دولة الكويت في وفاة المغفور له بإذن الله تعالى أمير دولة الكويت الراحل صاحب السُّمو الشيخ نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح عليه رحمة الله.
أعرب جلالتُه فيها عن خالص تعازيه وصادق مواساته لسُموّه وأسرة الصباح الحاكمة والحكومة والشعب الكويتي الشقيق في هذا المصاب الجلل.
داعيًا الله تعالى أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته وينزله منازل جناته الخالدة مع الصّدّيقين والأبرار وحسن أولئك رفيقا، وأن يلهمهم جميعا الصبر والسلوان على فقدانه وألا يريهم مكروها في عزيز من بعده.
