مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ حياة "ستينية" من ورم بطني تجاوز وزنه 2 كجم

تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر – بفضل الله - من إنقاذ حياة مريضة في العقد السادس من العمر، مصابة بورم كبير يتجاوز وزنه "2" كجم في التجويف البطني، وتسبب في انسداد كامل للقولون، وفي عدة أعراض حادة استمرت معها لشهور.
وعقب وصول المريضة إلى المستشفى تم تشكيل فريق طبي قاده كل من د. عبدالرحمن البلاع استشاري الجراحة العامة، وجراحة الحالات الحادة والإصابات، ود.

جوانا السحيمات استشارية جراحة النساء والولادة، واستشاريي الأشعة، وقال د. البلاع أن المريضة أسعفت إلى قسم الطواريء بعدما عانت لشهور من آلام حادة بالبطن والظهر، والإمساك وصعوبة في الإخراج، وبحثت عن العلاج في عدة مستشفيات ومراكز صحية، لكن نظراً لتعقيدات الحالة اعتذر لها الأطباء، ولاحقاً تطورت حالتها وأسعفت إلى طواريء المستشفى وهي بوضع معقد بعدما اشتدت آلام الظهر وزاد عليها انتفاخ البطن والقيء المستمر، إضافة إلى الجفاف الحاد وضعف الدورة الدموية.

وأوضح أن الفريق الطبي بعد المعاينة السريرية، والعلاجات الاسعافية أخضع المريضة لطيف واسع من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة، ومن بينها الأشعة المقطعية التي أظهرت وجود ورم ضخم طوله "20" سم ووزنه أكثر من "2" كجم، في التجويف البطني، ونتج عنه ضغط حاد للأحشاء الداخلية خاصة القولون، وسبب أيضاً في ضعف الدورة الدموية لأعضاء البطن الداخلية، بشكل يهدد سلامة أنسجتها، على الفور تم تشكيل فريق طبي من عدة تخصصات شملت الجراحة العامة وجراحة النساء والتخدير، وناقش الفريق الطبي الحالة على ضوء نتائج الفحوصات وخلص إلى ضرورة التدخل العاجل لمنع حدوث مضاعفات نتيجة لإنسداد القولون والضعف المتزايد للتروية الدموية.

وأضاف د.البلاع أن المريضة أجريت لها عملية عاجلة، وتمكن الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد من استئصال الورم بالكامل، وإعادة التروية الدموية لأعضاء البطن الداخلية المتضررة من ضغط الورم، وإزالة الإنسداد عن القولون، وذلك دون مضاعفات أو تسرب لمحتويات الورم داخل التجويف البطني، وتحسنت حالتها الصحية باضطراد مع العناية الطبية الحثيثة، ولاحقاً غادرت المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
واختتم د. البلاع بقوله أن ما ميز هذه الحالة السرعة التي تم بها التشخيص والتعامل معها في الطوارئ، إضافة إلى كِبر حجم الورم إذ أنه من الأحجام التي تستدعي النشر العلمي، ومع ذلك نجح التدخل الطبي دون مضاعفات أثناء العملية أو بعدها.
