التقى الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، صباح اليوم، اللواء خالد فودة، محافظ جنوب سيناء، لمتابعة الموقف التنفيذي لعدد من المشروعات التنموية والخدمية.
وخلال اللقاء، قدم اللواء خالد فودة عرضا مفصلا حول الموقف التنفيذي للمشروعات التنموية والخدمية التي يتم إقامتها على أرض المحافظة في مختلف القطاعات، وتستهدف تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين من خلالها.
وأشار المحافظ، خلال اللقاء، إلى ما يتم من تنسيق وتعاون مع مختلف الجهات المعنية، وفي مقدمتها وزارة السياحة والآثار، لإطلاق مبادرة للتسويق لمدينة شرم الشيخ، والترويج لها، وذلك سعيا لزيادة حجم التدفق السياحي على المدينة.
وخلال اللقاء، أشار اللواء خالد فودة إلى جهود التنسيق المستمرة لزيادة عدد الأتوبيسات الكهربائية، لتشغيلها بمدينة شرم الشيخ، وهو ما يأتي في إطار اعتبار شرم الشيخ مدينة خضراء ذكية صديقة للبيئة.
وفي إطار الجهود المتواصلة لدفع عجلة التنمية في سيناء بمختلف القطاعات، وخاصة ما يتعلق بقطاع السياحة، تمت الإشارة إلى الزيارة المرتقبة لمدينتي "طابا" و"نويبع" التي سيقوم بها رئيس الوزراء لتفقد عدد من المنشآت السياحية الجاري إنشاؤها، وكذا تفقد المنطقة الحرة، والميناء الجاف، إلى جانب عدد من المشروعات الأخرى التي تستهدف تطوير المدينتين، وزيادة الفرص السياحية بهما، جذبا لمزيد من الاستثمارات إليهما.
وفي هذا الصدد، استعرض اللواء خالد فودة، عددا من المقترحات الخاصة بتنمية وتطوير المدينتين، والمشروعات المقترح تنفيذها في هذا الإطار بمختلف القطاعات.
