الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«دله الصحية» بابعير يفوز بجائزة المدير التنفيذي للعام

حقق الدكتور أحمد بابعير الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة دله الصحية جائزة المدير التنفيذي للعام على مستوى الأفراد في مسار مقدمي خدمات الرعاية الصحية(جائزة التميز)، التي أطلقها مجلس الضمان الصحي للعام الحالي 2023، حيث تسلم بابعير الجائزة من معالي وزير الصحة خلال حفل التكريم الذي أقيم بهذه المناسبة، في فندق هيلتون الرياض.

ويقدم مجلس الضمان الصحي هذه الجائزة للكيانات الصحية والأفراد تشجيعا لروح التميـز والابتـكار فـي قطـاع الرعايـة الصحيـة والتأميـن الصحـي الخـاص، وذلك بهـدف توسـيع دائـرة الإبـداع والابتـكار بـكل احترافيـة وإتقـان وتتكون الجائرزة من ثلاثة مسارات رئيسية لكل من المؤسسات والأفراد: مسار شركات التأمين الصحي ومسار مقدمي خدمات الرعاية الصحية ومسار شركاء القطاع. حيث يتم اختيار الفائزين وفق معايير محددة وإجراءات واضحة تخضع لتقييم لجنة من الحكام والخبراء.

وبهذه المناسبة، رفع د. أحمد بابعير شكره وتقديره لمعالي وزير الصحة الأستاذ فهد بن عبدالرحمن الجلاجل، والأمين العام لمجلس الضمان الصحي الدكتور شباب بن سعد الغامدي ، على ثقتهم الكبيرة التي أولوها له، بمنحهم له هذه الجائزة، مؤكدًا أن الجائزة، تعد تكريما لمجموعة دله الصحية بكامل مستشفياتها ومرافقها الأخرى، كما تؤكد نجاح الاستراتيجية الصحية لشركة دله الصحية، وما قدمته من إنجازات خلال السنوات الماضية في مجال تقديم الرعاية الصحية، بطريقة حديثة ومبتكرة، لمختلف شرائح المجتمع.

وأشار د. بابعير إلى أن «دله الصحية»، وفقا لإستراتيجيتها الطموحة، والممتدة حتى 2026، ظلت تحقق إنجازاتها عاما بعد عام، الأمر الذي أهلها للفوز بعدة جوائز على الصعيدين المحلي والخارجي، كشركة رائدة في مجال تقديم الرعاية الصحية على مستوى القطاع الصحي الخاص، مجددا التزام كافة مستشفيات دله بتقديم خدماتها الطبية بطريقة فعالة واحترافية لتلبية التوقعات واحتياجات المريض والمجتمع والشركاءوذلك باستخدام أحدث التقنيات العلاجية، مشيرا إلى أن هذا ما جعل الشركة تتبوأ قمة الريادة في مجال الرعاية الصحية بالمملكة،لعقود طويلة.

تضم مجموعة دلّه الصحية، ستة مرافق رائدة للرعاية الصحية، تخدم أكثر من 1.5 مليون مراجع سنوياً، في مختلف أنحاء المملكة، وذلك عبر أكثر من 900 سرير و500 عيادة خارجية، ويعمل لدى المجموعة أكثر من 3 آلاف موظف، بينهم نحو ألف طبيب خبير، سعياً لتقديم أعلى معايير الرعاية الصحية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
