إجراء عاجل من التعليم بشأن معلمي مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية

نظمت وحدة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية بوزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني ، تدريبا بعنوان "تدريب منهجية التعليم القائم على الجدارات" وذلك لمعلمى مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.
جاء ذلك تحت رعاية الدكتور محمد مجاهد نائب الوزير للتعليم الفني والأستاذ الدكتور عمرو بصيلة رئيس الإدارة المركزية لتطوير التعليم الفني ومدير وحدة تشغيل وإدارة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.
وقالت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني : يهدف هذا التدريب إلى بناء قدرات معلمي مدارس التكنولوجيا وفقا لمنهجية الجدارات من خلال توضيح منهجية الجدارات وعناصرها وتطبيق استراتيجيات التعلم والتقييم الحديثة وتوظيف الأنشطة التربوية المختلفة في عمليات التعلم ، وكذلك تطبيق مهارات الإدارة الصفية الهادفة في مدارس التكنلوجيا التطبيقية، وذلك لمعلمي التخصصات الفنية والمواد الثقافية، بهدف تحسين مستوى التعليم والتدريب في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.
وصرحت شيماء ممدوح نائب مدير وحدة تشغيل وإدارة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية بوزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، بأن هذا التدريب جزءا من خطة وحدة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية لتطوير قدرات المعلمين وتعزيز دورهم لبناء مجتمع معرفي قادر على المنافسة العالمية.
وعلى جانب آخر .. كانت قد أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، عن فتح باب التقدم للمعلمين والإداريين للالتحاق بفريق الجودة المركزى بالتكنولوجيا التطبيقية للعمل بنظام المأمورية أوالانتداب، وذلك خلال الفترة من 7/12/2023 حتى 14/12/2023، عبر هذا الرابط

وأوضحت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، أن ذلك فى اطار حرص وحدة تشغيل وإدارة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية بوزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى على تحقيق معايير الجودة داخل مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية بما يتماشى ورؤية مصر 2030 والحفاظ على الجودة بمدارسها والتى تهدف إلى تكوين منظومة تعليمية متكاملة لمواكبة الجودة عالميا من حيث المناهج الدراسية المتطورة وطرق تدريسها والتدريب عليها وتقييمها، وقادرة على تطوير التعليم الفني بمصر وجعله يواكب أفضل النظم التعليمية بالعالم.
وأكدت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، أن الشروط العامة للتقديم تتمثل في :
- السن: لا يزيد عن 50 سنة.
- المؤهل: مؤهل عالي مناسب (يفضل الحاصلين على دراسات عليا).
- الخبرة: يفضل من لديه خبرة في مجال الجودة.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي ويفضل اجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
( يتاح التقدم للعاملين بالمدارس الحكومية والحكومية لغات والإدارات والمديريات التعليمية - ويفضل من التعليم الفنى )
كما أوضحت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، أن هناك مميزات للعمل بوحدة تشغيل وإدارة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية، من بينها: العمـل في بيئة عمل حديثة تـقوم على التـطوير المستمـر والشامل، وتدريب تقني مستمر عالي الجـودة على أيدي خبراء معتمدين، وفـرص للـحصول على خـبـرات عملية عديدة تساهم في بناء قدرات علمية متميزة، وحوافز معنوية ومادية عديدة مرتبطة بالأداء.
وأضافت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني، أنه سيتم التواصل مع المتقدمين عبر الهاتف بعد غلق باب التقدم مباشرة، لتحديد مواعيد الاختبارات والمقابلات الشخصية، والذي يعد اجتيازها ضرورة أساسية للالتحاق بوحدة تشغيل وإدارة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.

وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
