عمومية «أسمنت الشرقية» توافق على انتخاب 9 أعضاء لمجلس الإدارة

أعلنت شركة أسمنت المنطقة الشرقية نتائج اجتماع الجمعية العامة العادية الخمسين (الاجتماع الأول) الذي انعقد أمس الأحد.
ووفقا لبيان على تداول، اليوم، تضمنت البنود الموافقة على انتخاب أعضاء مجلس الإدارة من بين المرشحين للدورة القادمة والتي تبدأ اعتباراً من تاريخ 29 يناير 2024م ولمدة 4 سنوات و تنتهي في 28 يناير 2028م وذلك على النحو التالي:
– فيصل بن يوسف بن إبراهيم السلوم
– د/ عبدالله ابن عمر ابن سعد البيز
– محمد بن سعد بن بطي الفراج السبيعي
– د/ سعد بن عبدالعزيز بن سليمان الحقيل
– فواز بن عبدالله بن عبدالرحمن العمران
– وليد بن محمد بن عبدالله الجعفري
– ماجد بن صالح بن محمد الراجحي
– إبراهيم بن سالم بن محمد الرويس
– عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن بن عبدالعزيز الخنين.
وجاءت بقية نتائج التصويت على جدول أعمال الجمعية كما يلي:
– الموافقة على تعديل لائحة لجنة المراجعة.
– الموافقة على تعديل سياسة مكافآت أعضاء مجلس الإدارة واللجان والإدارة التنفيذية.
