7036 طعنا في المحكمة العليا حكم منها 3690 خلال النصف الأول للعام الحالي

حقق المجلس الأعلى للقضاء عددا من الإنجازات خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي، وسعى نحو التحول الرقمي وتبسيط وتسهيل الإجراءات، وتم تفعيل خدمة الدفع الإلكتروني لمستحقات تنفيذ الأحكام عبر أجهزة الدفع الإلكترونية من شركة ONEIC في مجمعات المحاكم والمراكز التجارية والمنافذ الحدودية، بهدف تحسين جودة خدمات التقاضي وتقريبها من المستفيدين وتدشين برنامج "توثيق" وهو منصـة رقمية تُعنى بخدمات الكاتب بالعدل توفر ما يزيد عن 61 خدمة إلكترونية مرتكزة على أحدث الأنظمة وتوفر الدقة والأمان في إصدار المحررات الرسمية وتعزز ثقة المستفيد من خدمات الكاتب بالعدل وتفعيل المجال الإلكتروني الجديد للمجلس وتم تغيير المعرفات الإلكترونية للنطاق الجديد للمجلس لأجهزة الموظفين بحيث يتم استكمال جميع الأجهزة نهاية هذا العام ٢٠٢٣م.
وكشف المجلس الأعلى للقضاء عن الإحصائيات المتعلقة بأعمال ومنجزات المحاكم خلال النصف السنوي الأول للعام الحالي، حيث بلغ إجمالي عدد أصحاب الفضيلة القضاة في المحاكم خلال النصف الأول لعام 2023م 351 قاضيا، وإجمالي عدد الكادر الإداري المعاون بالمحاكم 2307 موظفين، وبلغ عدد المحاكم المفتش عليها 10 محاكم من أصل 58 محكمة، وعدد القضاة المفتش عليهم 143 قاضيا من أصل 222 قاضيا، وبلغ المجموع العام للقضايا 61749، وبلغت طلبات تنفيذ الأحكام المتداولة 93727 والمنفذة بشكل نهائي 39365 بنسبة تنفيذ بلغت 42%.
وبلغ عدد الطعون المتداولة في المحكمة العليا 7036 طعنا، حكم منها 3690 بنسبة فصل بلغت 52%، في حين تداولت محاكم الاستئناف عدد 35597 دعوى حكم منها 18664 بنسبة فصل بلغت 52% وفي المحاكم الابتدائية تم تداول 60361 دعوى حكم منها 39395 دعوى بنسبة فصل بلغت 65%.
وشهدت المحكمة العليا في النصف الأول من العام الحالي تسجيل 7036 طعنا توزعت بين دوائرها المختلفة وكانت الدائرة المدنية قد سجلت العدد الأكبر من الطعون بلغ 3125 طعنا بنسبة 44% من إجمالي الطعون المسجلة تلتها الدائرة التجارية بتسجيلها 21 % من أجمالي الطعون وتوزعت باقي النسب بين دوائر المحكمة المختلفة منها العمالية 437 طعنا بنسبة 6%، الأحوال الشخصية 447 طعنا بنسبة 6% والإيجارات 109 طعون بنسبة 2% والجزائية 567 بنسبة 8% والإدارية 785 بنسبة 11%.
كما بلغ عدد الدعاوي المرفوعة إلى محاكم الاستئناف في النصف الأول لهذا العام 35597 دعوى والدائرة المدنية الأكثر تسجيلا بلغت 9693 دعوى أي ما نسبته 27% من المجموع العام وسجلت دائرة الجنايات العدد الأقل من الدعاوي بنسبة 2% من إجمالي الدعوي المرفوعة.
وأوضح المجلس أن إجمالي المعاملات الصادرة من الكتّاب بالعدل بلغت 125718، وتم تسجيل عدد 116808 من المحررات الرسمية الجديدة، وبلغت وثائق الزواج 6845 وثيقة، و2065 وثيقة طلاق.
