وكيل صحة الشرقية يتفقد مستشفى القرين المركزي لمتابعة انتظام سير العمل

تفقد الدكتور هشام شوقي مسعود وكيل وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، مستشفى القرين المركزي، لمتابعة انتظام سير العمل، والخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى والمواطنين بها، بعد المرور على مستشفيات «فاقوس المركزي، وطوارئ فاقوس، وحميات فاقوس»، ووحدة طب الأسرة بالهيصمية، والمخزن الاستراتيجي بالهيصمية مركز القرين.
التشغيل التجريبي لوحدة العناية المركزة بمستشفى القرين ووجه الدكتور هشام مسعود أثناء زيارته للمستشفى بالتشغيل التجريبي لوحدة العناية المركزة الجديدة، التي تم تطويرها ورفع كفاءتها، لتصل القدرة الاستيعابية لها إلى 15 سريرا، والمزودة بـ15 مونيتور متصلين مركزياً بالمحطة التمريضية، و3 أجهزة تنفس صناعي، وجهاز صدمات.
وأشار إلى أن تكلفة العناية المركزة بلغت 4 ملايين جنيه، منها 3 مليون جنيه للأعمال الإنشائية دعم من ميزانية المديرية، وتجهيزات طبية بقيمة تقديرية مليون جنيه، لخدمة المرضى والمواطنين بمركز ومدينة القرين والأماكن المحيطة بها.
وأشا محمود عبدالفتاح مدير المكتب الإعلامي بأن تشغيل العناية المركزة بالقرين يأتي بعد ثلاثة أيام فقط من تشغيل العناية المركزة للأطفال الجديدة بمستشفى السعديين المركزي، الثلاثاء الماضي، بتكلفة تقديرية بلغت ٣ مليون جنيه.

الذي قال أن المراجعة زارت المستشفى وهي تشتكي من عدة أعراض أبرزها آلام حادة بالبطن ونزيف، وعقم أولي، وقد بحثت عن العلاج في مستشفيات أخرى فربط الأطباء علاجها بفتح البطن وإزالة المبيض، وفور وصولها أجريت لها عدة فحوصات شملت التحاليل وأشعة الرنين المغناطيسي، التي كشفت عن وجود ورم بطول "12" سم بالمبيض الأيسر، وناقش الفريق الطبي ملف الحالة وخلص إلى ضرورة إزالة الورم عبر تقنية المنظار، وبعد إتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة أخضعت لعملية تم فيها الدخول عبر فتحات صغيرة لا تتعدى الـ"1" سم، ودون الحاجة إلى فتح جراحي، وجرى إزالة الورم بالكامل مع المحافظة على سلامة المبيض وقدرتها على الإنجاب وعلى الأعضاء الملاصقة له، ومضت العملية بسلاسة وتوجت جهود الفريق الطبي بالنجاح التام ولله الحمد، وحولت من غرفة العمليات مباشرة إلى التنويم.
