نصائح لتجنب الأمراض وعدوى دورات المياه

تعتبر المراحيض ودورات المياه، من بين الأسباب الشائعة لانتقال الأمراض، حيث أن البكتيريا يمكنها أن تظل على قيد الحياة لعدة أيام على أسطح المراحيض.
ووفقا لموقع Everyday health، فعليك أن تتجنّب لمس وجهك، مع تنظيف وتطهير الأسطح التي تُلمس كثيرا، بالإضافة لغسل الأيدي لحماية نفسك من الجراثيم ومعظم أنواع العدوى، مع ضرورة غسل يديك بالصابون والماء لمدة 20 ثانية على الأقل.
وينصح بالحرص على تعقيم اليدين جيدا بالكحول لتوفير الوقاية اللازمة، وتناول الأدوية المضادة للطفيليات قد تحميك من الجراثيم التي تعيش على أسطح المراحيض ودورات المياه.
