ولي العهد يطلق المخطط الحضري والعلامة التجارية لمدينة القدية /عاجل

أطلق صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة القدية للاستثمار ـ حفظه الله ـ، المخطط الحضري لمدينة القدية والعلامة التجارية العالمية للقدية.
وأوضح سموه أن مدينة القدية ستصبح في المستقبل القريب الأبرز على مستوى العالم في مجال الترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، ما سينعكس إيجاباً على اقتصاد المملكة ومكانتها دولياً، وتعزيز استراتيجية مدينة الرياض والإسهام في نمو اقتصادها وتحسين جودة الحياة بها لتصبح واحدة من أكبر 10 اقتصاديات مدن في العالم.

وأضاف سموه أن هذا الاستثمار النوعي في مدينة القدية هو أحد مرتكزات رؤية المملكة 2030، التي تستهدف تنويع مصادر دخل الاقتصاد المحلي، وإيجاد آلاف الفرص الوظيفية للشباب السعودي الطموح.
وتأتي مدينة القدية التي تعد أحد المشاريع الكبرى لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة رافداً أساسياً في دعم مستهدفات المملكة السياحية والاقتصادية، إضافة إلى تحسين جودة الحياة للسكان والزوار، وستسهم في جذب المستثمرين المحليين والإقليميين والدوليين مما يدعم مدينة الرياض، وقد بدأ العمل في المشروع بالفعل وذلك بضخ ما يقارب 10 مليارات ريال سعودي في مشاريع البناء.
وتتبنى العلامة التجارية للقدية مفهوم اللعب وذلك بناءً على نتائج أبحاث استمرت لعقود أثبتت أن اللعب عنصرٌ حيويٌ للتنمية المعرفية البشرية والتعبير العاطفي والمهارات الاجتماعية والإبداع والصحة البدنية، كما أثبتت الدراسات التأثيرات الإيجابية للأنشطة الترفيهية على المجتمع وقدرتها على إزالة الاختلافات بين الأفراد وتعزيز مستوى التعاطف والتماسك الاجتماعي.
كما تهدف مدينة القدية إلى توفير العديد من التجارب الممتعة في مجالات الترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، وستتألف المدينة من 60 ألف مبنى على مساحة 360 كم مربع تحتضن أكثر من 600 ألف نسمة، وتوجد أكثر من 325 ألف فرصة عمل نوعية، لتحقق بذلك زيادة في إجمالي الناتج المحلي بحوالي 135 مليار ريال سعودي، وتستهدف مدينة القدية استقبال 48 مليون زيارة سنويا بفضل ضمها العديد من المعالم والأماكن السياحية ذات المستوى العالمي والطابع المتفرد.
وتقع مدينة القدية في قلب جبال طويق على بعد 40 دقيقة من وسط العاصمة الرياض، وتتميز بإطلالات استثنائية على المعالم الطبيعية والثروات البيئية الفريدة، وتضم مقراً عالمياً للألعاب الإلكترونية ومنطقة مخصصة لرياضة السيارات، إضافة إلى مضمار سباقات الفورمولا 1 وملعبين لرياضة القولف، ومدينة رياضية لكرة القدم تحتوي على أكبر متحف أولمبي في العالم، بالإضافة إلى مدينة(Six Flags) الترفيهية ومنتزه الألعاب المائية، وسيتم افتتاح أولى الأصول خلال العامين القادمين.
