مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية تحصل على شهادة إتمام برنامج الامتثال من الهيئة العامة للمنافسة

أعلنت مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية، نجاحها في الحصول على شهادة إتمام برنامج الإمتثال، التي تعد أحد البرامج المقدمة من الهيئة العامة للمنافسة لصالح المنشآت العاملة في السوق السعودي، ويأتي هذا التتويج بعد تقييم الهيئة لبرنامج الإمتثال الخاص بالمجموعة وفق المعايير المحددة.

جاء ذلك خلال الحفل الذي رعاه أمس معالي رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للمنافسة الدكتور أحمد بن عبدالكريم الخليفي ، حيث تفضل بتسليم الشهادة للأستاذ فيصل النصار الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة.

والذي أعرب عن سعادته بهذه الشهادة التي وصفها بالقيّمة، حيث أنها تضاف للعديد من الشهادات والجوائز المحلية والدولية التي تعتز المجموعة بالحصول عليها ، مشيراً إلى أنها أيضاً تؤكد التزام المجموعة بمتطلبات البرنامج الذي تقدمه الهيئة وبكافة المعايير والضوابط التي تعمل على تجنب وقوع المنشآت بالمخالفات المنصوص عليها في نظام المنافسة ولائحته التنفيذية.

وشدد الأستاذ فيصل النصار على أن هذه الشهادة الصادرة من هيئة المنافسة تحظى بالأهمية والمصداقية وأنها ستمثل حافزاً للمجموعة في المضي قدماً باتجاه دمج متطلبات الحوكمة في مختلف إجراءات العمل، وإتخاذ الشفافية كنهج ثابت في تحقيق التحول الفاعل والنمو المستدام، وتعزيز علاقتها بعملائها ومساهميها وشركائها.

كما ثمن الجهود الكبيرة التي تضطلع بها هيئة المنافسة، لدعم كفاءة الإقتصاد الوطني وتعزيز رفاهية المستهلك، وتبنيها السياسات المحفزة للمنافسة، ومكافحة الممارسات الإحتكارية، بما يحسن أداء الأسواق، والعمل على تحقيق بيئة تنافسية عادلة لجميع المنشآت، إسهاماً في تعزيز ثقافة المسؤولية وتحسين مناخ الإستثمار بما يخدم تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
