إحالة متهم من جنسية عربية إلى المحكمة المختصة لارتكابه عدداً من جرائم التزوير/عاجل

باشرت نيابة الجرائم الماسة بالثقة العامة تحقيقاتها مع وافد من جنسية عربية قام بمخالفة النظام الجزائي لجرائم التزوير.

وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق قيام المتهم بتزوير محرر - منسوب إلى جهة عامة - عبارة عن (شهادة تصنيف) وذلك بصنع محرر لا أصل له واستعماله بتقديمه إلى الجهات ذات العلاقة مع علمه بالتزوير، وتزوير محرر عرفي (قوائم مالية عائدة لإحدى الشركات)، وذلك بتضمين وقائع غير صحيحة بجعلها تبدو صحيحة واستعمالها بتقديمها إلى الجهات ذات العلاقة مع علمه بالتزوير.

وجرى إيقاف المتهم وإحالته للمحكمة المختصة؛ للمطالبة بالعقوبات المقررة بحقه طبقاً للنظام الجزائي لجرائم التزوير.

ونوهت النيابة العامة على أهمية المحررات، وأن أي انتهاك لها بالتزوير بأي طريقة من طرق التزوير، موجب للمساءلة الجزائية.
