تترقب المنطقة الشرقية انطلاق مزاد المرحلة الثانية من مخطط "أخيال" جوهرة مشاريع "الدمام" التي تتلألأ على طريق الملك فهد (المطار) بمساحتها الرحبة البالغة 1,727,179 مترًا مربعًا، لتوفر عالمًا استثماريًا فريدًا يستنهض أحلام الشغوفين للنجاح.
وقد حددت شركة "أدير العقارية" رائدة التسويق العقاري في المملكة، موعد المزاد المُنتظر يوم الأربعاء 20 ديسمبر 2023م، عند الساعة 03:30 عصراً بالقاعة الكبرى في فندق ومركز مؤتمرات شيراتون – الدمام.

من جانبه أشار متعب بن حمد آل سعد، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير العقارية"، إلى أن مخطط "أخيال" للمرحلة الثانية، يشكل فرصة استثمارية نادرة في منطقة غرب الدمام على طريق المطار، حيث تشهد المنطقة تطورًا عمرانيًا مُذهلاً، وتزدهر فيها المشاريع والمخططات السكنية الحديثة، والأنشطة التجارية والخدمية، أبرزها مشروع العثيم بارك، النخيل مول، مكتبة جرير، مجمع كارفور التجاري، المستشفى السعودي الألماني، كليات الأصالة، الجامعة العربية المفتوحة، مطار الملك فهد الدولي، التي وفرت للقاطنين في المنطقة مجتمعًا عصريًا نابضًا بالحيوية.

علاوةً على ذلك فإن منطقة غرب الدمام أصبحت الوجهة الأولى للمستثمرين العقاريين، لكون هذه المنطقة تعتبر التوسع الطبيعي لمدينة الدمام، وتحظى بإقبالٍ كبيرٍ للسكن فيها بسبب حداثة المنطقة، وقُربها من مدن حاضرة الدمام، والاهتمام الكبير الذي تحظى به من الجهات الخدمية في المنطقة الشرقية لتعزيز جودة الحياة فيها.

وأضاف آل سعد: نتوقع أن يحظى المزاد بمشاركة استثنائية لرجال الأعمال والمستثمرين العقاريين الذين يُدركون أهمية هذه المنطقة، وندرة موقع مخطط "أخيال2" الذي يتمتع بإطلالةٍ مميزة على طريق الملك فهد (المطار) بطول 2,051 مترًا، وطلب المنطقة للمزيد من المشروعات العقارية الفريدة من نوعها التي تقدم حلولاً سكنية تتوافق مع مختلف الاحتياجات، لمواكبة التوسع السكاني المتزايد على المناطق الجديدة التي تتميز بالهدوء، وتكامل الخدمات، وتشكل فرصًا استثمارية نموذجية.

ويُتابع آل سعد: يوفر المخطط للمستثمرين خيارات سكنية وتجارية بمساحاتٍ متنوعة، حيث تتفرد القطع السكنية البالغ عددها 2,186قطعة بتخطيط نموذجي ذكي بارتفاع دورين، يراعي كافة المعايير التي تتيح سكنًا صحيًا وآمنًا لكافة أفراد الأسرة. فيما تتبوأ القطع التجارية البالغ عددها 108 قطعة أبرز المواقع داخل هذا المجتمع العصري بارتفاع يصل إلى 15 دور للقطع التجارية المُطلة على طريق الملك فهد (المطار)، وارتفاع 4 أدوار على القطع التجارية على شارع عرض 60متر، مما يمنح المستثمرين آفاقًا واسعة لبدء مشروعات تجارية ناجحة تلبي احتياجات هذه المدينة السكنية التي تترامى بمساحتها، وتعج بساكنيها.
