مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُجري جراحة ناجحة لثلاثينية من مضاعفات عمليات سمنة سابقة

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إنهاء معاناة مريضة تبلغ من العمر 39 سنة، وصلت المستشفى بحالة صحية متأخرة، تعاني من مضاعفات عمليات سمنة سابقة، وشعورها بالام حادة في المعدة وإرتجاع مريئي شديد جداً، وعدم قدرتها على ممارسة حياتها بصورة طبيعية، حتى مع استعمال كافة الأدوية لمعالجة تلك المشكلة.

ذكر ذلك الدكتور خالد مرزا استشاري جراحة السمنة ورئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

والذي أضاف بأنه فور وصول المريضة للعيادة والإستماع إلى شكواها، تبين أنها أجرت قبل خمس سنوات في مستشفيات أخرى عملية حلقة للمعدة ولم تحقق الهدف المطلوب لفقدان الوزن، تبع ذلك بعامين قيامها بإجراء عملية تكميم للمعدة، وأيضاً لم تحقق المريضة هدفها ، بل زاد وزنها وصولاً إلى إصابتها بالسمنة المرضية وكلتة جسم 41، مع إرتفاع حدة الشعور بالإرتجاع المريئي والإستفراغ. وعلى الفور تم إخضاعها لمنظار تشخيصي وإجراء أشعة صوتية ملونة بالصبغة ، وقد كشفت النتائج عن وجود توسع شديد أعلى المعدة، وفتق كبير بالحجاب الحاجز، ترتب عليه حدوث تضيق في وسط المعدة، وإزاحتها إلى الأعلى لمحيط منطقة الصدر، بالإضافة إلى اكتشاف التصاقات شديدة ما بين المعدة والكبد.

مشيراً إلى أنه بعد اجتماع الفريق الطبي ودراستهم للحالة، قرروا التدخل الجراحي العاجل للحد من إصابة المريضة بمزيد من المضاعفات، موضحاً أن العملية استغرقت ساعتين ونصف وتم فيها استخدام تقنيات المنظار المتطور لفك الإلتصاقات وعمل تصحيح لفتق الحجاب الحاجز، ومن ثم تغيير عملية التكميم السابقة إلى تحويل مسار المعدة.

وفي الختام أكد الدكتور خالد مرزا أنه تم إجراء فحص أشعة بالصبغة بعد العملية للإطمئنان على وضع المريضة الصحي، وقد أبانت النتائج نجاح العملية وسير الجراحة وفقاً للخطة العلاجية الموضوعة سابقاً، مشيراً إلى المريضة تحسنت وبدأت في شرب السوائل بأريحية خلال 24 ساعة وانتهت لديها كافة الأعراض السابق ذكرها وتحديداً إرتجاع المعدة بصورة نهائية.
