مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب توقع اتفاقية تعاون مع كلية لندن للأعمال " UCL GBSH"

وقعت مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب اتفاقية تعاون مشترك مع كلية لندن للأعمال UCL العالمية للصحة UCL GBSH، في خطوة مهمة بمجال الرعاية الصحية وتطوير القادة، عبر برامج تعليمية وتدريبية، تم تصميمها خصيصاً لمنسوبي المجموعة.

وقال الأستاذ الدكتور عوض العُمري الرئيس التنفيذي للشؤون الأكاديمية والطبية بالمجموعة، أن هذه الإتفاقية تأتي في إطار مساعي المجموعة المستمرة للاستثمار في الكوادر البشرية، وتهدف إلى تمكين القادة والمدراء بالمجموعة، وتزويدهم بالمعرفة ومهارات القيادة الحديثة والتفكير، الذي يلزم لقيادة وتشكيل مستقبل الرعاية الصحية بشكل فعال.

وتوقع أن يحدث التعاون مع كلية لندن الجامعية نقلة تطويرية إدارية كبيرة على مستوى المجموعة، بالنظر إلى أن هذه الكلية تُعد من أبرز وأفضل الجامعات ذات الخبرة والتاريخ العريق على مستوى العالم في مجال إدارة الأعمال ومحاكاة الدراسة للواقع الحالي، وتلبيته لمتطلبات سوق العمل.

وأضاف أ.د.العُمري أن الكلية صممت برنامجين تعليميين خاصين بمنسوبي المجموعة، الأول هو برنامج إدارة الأعمال الصحية HBA، ومعني به كبار المدراء في المستشفيات، ويعمل على تجهيز هؤلاء القادة بالمعرفة والمهارات الحديثة لتطوير وتشغيل المستشفيات والعيادات في الشرق الأوسط وخارجه، عبر ورش عمل بمدينتي الرياض ولندن يتم خلالها التعريف بالابتكار والتكنولوجيا، وتشكيل مستقبل إدارة الرعاية الصحية، ويستمر البرنامج لـ"4" أسابيع.

وأوضح أ. د. العُمري أن البرنامج الثاني هو برنامج مدرسة أعمال HBS، ويستمر "3" أشهر ويستهدف "100" من المدراء الطموحين والحاليين في منتصف مسارهم المهني، ويسعى إلى توفير فهم شامل للمشهد الصحي المعاصر، مع تطوير مهارات القيادة والإدارة لتحديات القرن الواحد والعشرين، والتركيز على مبادئ وممارسات الإدارة الفعالة للرعاية الصحية.

الجدير بالذكر أن مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية، تعتبر التعليم التدريب جزءا لا يتجزأ من أهدافها ومرتكزاتها في الرعاية الصحية، وفي هذا السياق ترتبط باتفاقية تعاون مع جامعة جورج واشنطن الأمريكية George Washington University، تهدف إلى تطوير أداء الممارسين الصحيين ورفع مستوى كفاءتهم ، كما أنها وقعت اتفاقيات تعاون مماثلة مع الكلية الملكية الايرلندية للأطباء royal college of physicians of irland لتنظيم امتحانات زمالتها، بالإضافة إلى جامعات كندية كويسترن أونتاريو، وكالجاري، وكوين، وتورنتو، وأوتاوا، وجامعات أخرى إقليمية ومحلية، وذلك في إطار جهود المجموعة في تطوير أداء الممارسين الصحيين ورفع مستوى كفاءتهم، وخلق فرص عالية للكادر الطبي في مجال التعليم والتدريب، وذلك تماشيًا مع الرؤية الطموحة للمملكة 2030.
