الجبير: "إكسبو 2030" فوز مستحق يؤكد المكانة الدولية للمملكة

أكد وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية عضو مجلس الوزراء ومبعوث شؤون المناخ عادل بن أحمد الجبير، ان الفوز اختيار المملكة لاستضافة "إكسبو 2030" جاء بفوز مستحق وتاريخي، ليؤكد المكانة الدولية للمملكة، وعلاقاتها المتميزة وثقة المجتمع الدولي بها.
وأصاف: الفوز جاء بجهود تضافرت قادها وصنع نجاحها سمو ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظه الله -، الذي كان يتابع بشكل متواصل كل مراحل العمل بملف متطور يعكس النظرة العالمية الواسعة لبلادنا، وجعل الإنسان والبيئة من محاوره الرئيسة، إذ يسعى الرياض إكسبو 2030 إلى تجاوز إطار الحياد الكربوني ليصبح أول إكسبو خال تماما من الكربون.
ورفع الجبير، التهنئة إلى خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، وإلى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء -حفظهما- الله بمناسبة اختيار المملكة لاستضافة معرض إكسبو 2030 بمدينة الرياض.
رسالة الرياض للعالموأكد الجبير أن النجاح الذي تحقق هو أن وصلت رسالة الرياض للعالم، بأننا شركاء أساسيون في بناء المستقبل، وبأن رؤيتنا الواعدة حقيقة يراها الجميع، وبأن الإنسان السعودي بعزمه وإصراره وعلمه وعمله يصنع الإنجازات وبناء على ذلك المملكة مستعدة لتبهر العالم.
وثمن وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية دعم الدول لملف المملكة في مرحلتي الترشح والتصويت، مؤكدًا أن شراكات المملكة وعلاقاتها تقوم على الاحترام والثقة، وانعكس ذلك على نتيجة التصويت.

وأضاف الجبير أن عام 2030 سيكون عامًا مميزًا تحتفل فيه المملكة بنسخة مختلفة من اكسبو، وتفتح بلادنا أبوابها للعالم ليشاهدوا أرض العراقة والأمان والسلام، وليشهدوا التقدم والتطور الذي تعيشه المملكة.
وأضاف أننا لا نستشرف المستقبل فقط، بل نعيش بشائره ونرى ضيائه.
وفي ختام تصريحه سأل الله العلي القدير أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي عهده، وأن يديم على المملكة استقرارها ونمائها في هذا العهد الزاهر.
