الاتحاد المغربي للشغل يطالب وزير الأوقاف بتقنين وضعية مُؤطري برنامج محو الأمية

طَالبت نقابة الاتحاد المغربي للشغل بمجلس المستشارين، بتقنين علاقة الشغل بين وزارة الأوقاف ومؤطري برنامج محو الأمية.
ودعت ممثلة النقابة إلى الرفع من قيمة التعويضات لهذه الفئة، ووضع إطار قانوني لتأطير مهامهم وضَمان كافة حقوق الشغيلة بداية من التغطية الصحية وتقاعد وتعويضات عائلية”.
وقال أحمد التوفيق وزير الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية، “إنّ هذه الفئة لا تتعامل معها وزارته باعتبارهم موظفين، مشيرا إلى أن عددهم يبلغ 3761 مُؤطرا”.
ويبلغ عدد المستفيدين من برنامج محو الأمية بالمساجد منذ انطلاقته سنة 2000 إلى حدود سنة 2023، أزيد من 4,5 ملايين مستفيد وفق أحمد التوفيق وزير الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية.
وبَلغ عَدد المُستفيدين بالبوادي مليونا و875 ألف مستفيد أي بنسبة تفوق 42 في المائة من إجمالي عَدد المُستفيدين الذين يتم تأطيرهم بحوالي 3391 مسجدا بالبوادي.
وذكر الوزير بأن الميزانية التي تم رصدها لهذا البرنامج السنة الجارية بلغت 180 مليون درهم منها 84,5 مليون درهم للوسط القروي. كلمات دلالية الأمية الأوقاف المساجد محو
