مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُنقذ أربعيني من جلطة قلبية حادة كادت تودي بحياته

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إنقاذ مريض بالعقد الرابع من العمر وصل قسم الطوارىء عبر سيارة الإسعاف في ساعة متأخرة من الليل ، يعاني من تبعات إصابته بجلطة قلبية حادة ، وشعوره بصعوبة في التنفس وآلام بمنطقة الصدر والعرق والغثيان الشديد.

ذكر ذلك الدكتور المعتصم بالله طرابلسي استشاري أمراض القلب والقسطرة التداخلية، الحاصل على الزمالة الأمريكية في الطب الباطني وأمراض القلب والقسطرة التداخلية، والذي أضاف بأنه فور وصول المريض تم عمل الإسعافات الأولية وأخذ العلامات الحيوية للتأكد من معدلي النبض والأكسجين له، واستدعاء فريق طبي متخصص في أمراض القلب ، والذي قام بدوره بفحص المريض عبر إجراء تخطيط القلب وبعض التحاليل المخبرية.

مفيداً بأن نتائج الفحوصات أشارت إلى وجود انسداد كامل بنسبة 100% في الشريان الأيسر للقلب (LAD) ، وهو المتسبب في الأعراض التي لحقت بالمريض، وعليه تم تفعيل غرفة عمليات القسطرة القلبية، ونقل المريض مباشرة، موضحاً أن العملية استغرقت 20 دقيقة فقط ، وتم فيها تحرير الشريان الأيسر للقلب من الخثرة الدموية واستعادة حركة الدم الطبيعية من خلال تركيب دعامة، نقل بعدها إلى العناية المركزة لمدة 3 أيام بحالة مستقرة.

ووصف الدكتور طرابلسي السرعة التي تم بها التعامل مع الحالة بالقياسية، نظراً إلى أن التوصيات الطبية العالمية حددت "90 دقيقة" لعلاج الجلطات القلبية، مشيراً إلى أن الفريق الطبي المعالج أنجزه في "20 دقيقة" فقط. موضحاً أن المريض خرج من المستشفى في اليوم الخامس عقب استعادته لعافيته وانتهاء كافة الأعراض السابق ذكرها.

يذكر أن مراكز الطوارئ القلبية بمستشفيات مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب من خلال برنامج نبض، بها تجهيزات متقدمة وعالية تقوم عليها كفاءات طبية ذوو شهادات علمية عالية، وكذلك غرف لإنعاش الحالات القلبية الحرجة، وهو ما يمكّن الفريق الطبي من التعامل مع جميع الإصابات والحوادث، وإجراء التدخلات الطبية العاجلة في المكان نفسه، إضافة إلى وجود أحدث أجهزة رصد العلامات الحيوية، وأجهزة الإنعاش القلبي، والتنفس الاصطناعي، والتصوير الإشعاعي لإجراء الفحوصات التشخيصية كافة، دون أن يحتاج المريض إلى الانتقال لأقسام أخرى داخل المستشفى.
