رتال توقع مع "جبين" عقد تطوير 897 وحدة سكنية في الجبيل الصناعية بقيمة تقديرية تبلغ مليار و200 مليون

وقعت شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني، عقد مع شركة الجبيل وينبع لخدمات المدن الصناعية "جبين"، الذراع الاستثماري للهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع، بقيمة تقديرية تبلغ مليار و200 مليون ريال، وذلك لتطوير 897 وحدة سكنية متكاملة الخدمات والمرافق، تشمل البنية التحتية الأساسية والثانوية والتصميم والبناء، في مدينة الجبيل الصناعية.

وقال المهندس عبدالله البريكان، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة رتال للتطوير العمراني، إن المشروع يُعد أحد المشاريع الاستراتيجية التي تستهدفها الشركة، ويعكس حرصها على المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية العمرانية المستدامة في المملكة، من خلال توفير وحدات سكنية عالية الجودة للموظفين العاملين في المنطقة الصناعية.

وأضاف أن المشروع يُعد نموذجاً لتحقيق أحد أهم منطلقات رؤية المملكة 2030 لتعزيز الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وتحقيق جودة الحياة للمواطنين، كما يعكس حرص الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع على توفير بيئة جاذبة للمستثمرين، وتقديم خدمات متكاملة للسكان.

وأوضح أن بيع الوحدات سيتم وفق عقود مبرمة بين شركة الجبيل وينبع لخدمات المدن الصناعية "جبين" وبين الشركات الصناعية العاملة في المنطقة، ومن المتوقع أن يكون للمشروع أثر إيجابي على النمط العمراني والإسكاني لمدينة الجبيل الصناعية، ويسهم في تطبيق مفاهيم عمرانية وإسكانية مستحدثة ترتقي بمفهوم جودة حياة السكان في المنطقة.
