وزير الخارجية يتلقى اتصالاً هاتفياً من نظيره الأمريكي ويبحثان وقف التصعيد في غزة

‏‌تلقى صاحب السمو الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله وزير الخارجية، مساء اليوم، اتصالاً هاتفياً من معالي وزير خارجية الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية السيد أنتوني بلينكن.
وبحث الوزيران، سبل وقف التصعيد العسكري الخطير في غزة ومحيطها، والالتزام بأي اتفاق للهدنة الإنسانية ووقف إطلاق النار، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة الجهود حول إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية والإغاثية والطبية بما يمنع تفاقم الأزمة الإنسانية.

وشدّد سمو وزير الخارجية على رفض المملكة القاطع لعمليات التهجير القسري لسكان غزة، وأهمية تحرك المجتمع الدولي بشكلٍ جاد وفاعل للتصدي لكافة الانتهاكات المستمرة لقوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ومخالفاتها المتكررة للقانون الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي.
وأشار سمو وزير الخارجية إلى أهمية اضطلاع المجتمع الدولي بمسؤوليته الأخلاقية والمبدئية تجاه الالتزام بقرارات الشرعية الدولية وآخرها قرار مجلس الأمن الأسبوع الماضي، بما يحقق المصداقية للنظام الدولي ويحافظ على السلم والأمن الدوليين، ويمنع بواعث التطرف والعنف.
