مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينهي معاناة سبعينية وزنها أكثر من "100" كجم من انزلاق فقاري بتقنية متقدمة

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عملية انزلاق فقاري ناجحة لتثبيت الفقرات "الرابعة والخامسة"، أنهت معاناة سبعينية مع أعراض حادة للانزلاق ، ومن مضاعفات السمنة إذ تجاوز وزنها "100" كجم، ذكر ذلك د. سلطان السالمي استشاري جراحة المخ والأعصاب والعمود الفقري، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
وقال د. السالمي أن المريضة كانت قد خضعت قبل نحو عشرة أعوام لجراحة في العمود الفقري في مستشفى آخر، عبر فتحة كبيرة تجاوزت الـ"10" سم، الأمر الذي سبب لها مضاعفات، أبرزها التزحزح الفقاري بين الفقرة الرابعة والخامسة، وراجعت عدة مستشفيات إلا أن الأطباء اعتذروا عن إجراء العملية، وذلك بسبب ارتفاع احتمالات حدوث مضاعفات، كالالتهابات والنزيف والتهريب في السائل النخاعي، مع احتمالية حدوث ضعف أو شلل، وفور وصولها إلى المستشفى أجريت لها فحوصات طبية دقيقة أبرزها الرنين المغناطيسي، والأشعة المقطعية والسينية المتحركة التي بينت إصابتها بالانزلاق الفقاري، مع تضيق شديد في القناة، وضغط على الأعصاب في "الفقرات الرابعة والخامسة.
وبعد إتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة أخضع الفريق الطبي المريضة لعملية تم فيها التثبيت مع التوسيع واستمرت العملية لمدة قرابة ساعتين واستخدمت فيها تقنية الأنابيب والتدخل المفتوح، وتم الدخول عبر فتحتين احداها بطول "3" سم والأخرى بطول "2" سم، وتم استخدام "4" براغي وزراعة دعامة متمددة لتثبيت الفقرات الرابعة والخامسة، وتكللت جهود الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام.
وأوضح د. السالمي أن المريضة غادرت المستشفى بعد "4" أيام من العملية، وهي بحالة صحية ونفسية ممتازة، وبعد أن تخلصت من كافة الأعراض التي قادتها إلى المستشفى ، مضيفاً أن تقنية الأنابيب سهلت من جرحات العمود الفقري، خاصة مع المرضى المصابين بالسمنة المفرطة، فخلافاً عن الجراحات التقليدية، فإن عملياتها تجرى بفتحات صغيرة بغض النظر عن وزن المريض، وتحافظ على الأجزاء التشريحية للجسم، الأمر الذي يمكن المريض من العودة لممارسة حياته الطبيعية في فترة قصيرة جداً، وتقل فيها الإلتهابات وفقدان الدم والالتصاقات.
