أمير الشرقية يُدشن مشاريع استثمارية بقيمة تجاوزت 14 مليار ريال

دشن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية في ديوان الإمارة اليوم الأحد عدد من المشاريع الاستثمارية بقيمة تجاوزت 14 مليار ريال، بحضور معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، ومعالي أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير، وعدد من المستثمرين السعوديين والخليجيين في مجالات (البنية التحتية، والإسكان، والسياحة، والترفيه ، والثقافة، والرياضة، والانشطة الاجتماعية، وتطوير الواجهات البحرية والشواطئ ، والمنتزهات العامة، والمناطق المفتوحة)، وذلك ضمن إطار جهود الوزارة برفع جودة الحياة وتنشيط الحركة الاقتصادية وايجاد فرص وظيفية لأبناء المنطقة؛ تماشياً مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وأكد سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية أن القيادة الحكيمة " رعاها الله " تولي المشاريع التي تنفذها كافة القطاعات الخدمية والتطويرية في المملكة اهتماماً كبيراً مشيراً سموه لأهمية سعي القطاعات إلى تعزيز الاستدامة في مشاريعها بما يُسهم في تحقيق مفهوم جودة الحياة والاهتمام بتحسين المشهد الحضري وأنسنة المدن، والاستثمار الأمثل للمقومات الحضارية، تماشياً مع رؤية السعودية 2030.
واطلع سموه على عرض مرئي يستعرض أبرز المشاريع الاستثمارية، والتي شملت 18 مشروعاً استثمارياً بمساحة تقارب 3 ملايين م٢، منها المشروع الاستثماري لبرج المياه (المعلم) بكورنيش الخبر، ومركز الملك عبدالله الحضاري بكورنيش الدمام، والشاطئ المعياري بكورنيش الخبر، وجزيرة المرجان بكورنيش الدمام، وبوليفارد ومول أجيال ارامكو بالظهران، والمركز الثقافي - نبض الخبر -، ومركز العثيم سيركل بكورنيش الخبر، ومركز العثيم بارك في الدمام، ومشروع قلب الخبر، ومشروع قلب الضاحية ومشروع بيوت التلال، ومنتجع الريتزكارلتون في شاطيء نصف القمر، والمستشفى التخصصي للقلب والرئتين بالخبر، ونادي اسطبلات الفروسية بالدمام، ونادي كبار السن بالدمام، حيث استمع سموه لشرح عن كل مشروع والتصاميم المقترحة وأهم العناصر والأنشطة، والتي ستمثل نقلة نوعية للمنطقة وستعكس الجاذبية الاستثمارية والإقبال التي تتمتع به المنطقة.
وأكد معالي أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير، أن هذه المشاريع الاستثمارية تأتي امتداداً لدعم سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية وسمو نائبه، وبمتابعة من معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والاسكان، مشيراً إلى أن هذه المشاريع ستضيف للمنطقة ابعاداً استثمارية وتنموية جديدة، من خلال تعزيز الانشطة الترفيهية والسياحية والسكنية والاجتماعية والرياضية، مقدماً شكره للمستثمرين على ثقتهم وشراكتهم البناءة الفاعلة والتي سترفع من جاذبية المنطقة وجودة الحياة بها.
وأضاف الجبير : "شهدت المنطقة الشرقية خلال السنوات الماضية إطلاق مجموعة كبيرة من المشاريع الاستثمارية الرائدة والمميزة، والتي ستسهم في تعزيز مكانتها كوجهة سياحية رائدة، مؤكداً على استمرار الأمانة في استقطاب العديد من الاستثمارات من خلال حزمة التسهيلات والخدمات والدعم الذي تقدمه للمستثمرين ورواد الأعمال".
بعد ذلك، سلم سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية عدداً من الوحدات لمستفيدي الإسكان التنموي في المنطقة، حيث هنأهم بمناسبة تسلمهم لمساكنهم، مقدماً شكره لشركاء النجاح اللذين ساهموا في تملك الأسر الأشد حاجة لوحداتهم السكنية.
