المغرب والإمارات يعززان التعاون لمكافحة الإرهاب وانتشار التسلح

تم اليوم الخميس في دبي التوقيع على مذكرة تفاهم بين اللجنة الوطنية المكلفة بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في قرارات مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة بالإرهاب وانتشار التسلح وتمويلهما، والمكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، تهم على الخصوص تعزيز وتطوير سبل التعاون والشراكة في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
وقع على هذه المذكرة عن الجانب المغربي هشام ملاطي، مدير الشؤون الجنائية والعفو ورصد الجريمة بوزارة العدل، بصفته الرئيس المشرف على اللجنة الوطنية، وعن الجانب الإماراتي طلال الطنيجي مدير المكتب التنفيذي .وتروم مذكرة التفاهم، حسب بلاغ اللجنة الوطنية ،تطوير الأدوات والتقنيات المستخدمة لتجميد الأموال والأصول الأخرى للإرهابيين وممولي انتشار التسلح دون تأخير والكشف عن حالات التهرب من العقوبات ومشاركة الأنماط والطرق المستخدمة من قبل المجرمين في تمويل الأنشطة غير المشروعة ذات الصلة بالإرهاب وانتشار التسلح وتمويلهما.
وقد تم توقيع هذه الاتفاقية، بمناسبة تنظيم ورشة العمل حول “مكافحة تمويل الإرهاب – التحقيقات والتقنيات الجديدة” التي ينظمها المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار بالإمارات العربية المتحدة بشراكة مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الإرهاب بدبي ،يومي 15 و16 نونبر الجاري.
وذكر البلاغ أن التوقيع على مذكرة التفاهم هاته يعتبر “خطوة مهمة نحو بناء منظومة متينة مع الجهات النظيرة كرافعة إقليمية لمكافحة جرائم تمويل الإرهاب وانتشار التسلح وتعزيز التعاون الدولي لمشاركة الممارسات الفضلى والخبرات الفنية على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي لتجفيف منابع تمويل الإرهاب وانتشار التسلح”.
وجرى التوقيع على هذه الاتفاقية بحضور جوهر النفيسي، رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للمعلومات المالية وأعضاء من اللجنة الوطنية.
