"الشؤون الإسلامية" تحصد جائزة الريادة في تقنية المعلومات من CXO Insight Middle East

حصدت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد جائزة الريادة في تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات في فئة "أفضل مشروع تقني" والمقدمة من مجلة "cxo lnsight middle east" المتخصصة في مجال تقنية المعلومات، عن مشروع التعليم الافتراضي ثلاثي الأبعاد متعدد اللغات والمنصات للحج والعمرة.
ويهدف مشروع التعليم الافتراضي ثلاثي الأبعاد متعدد اللغات والمنصات للحج والعمرة إلى إجراء تدريب عملي على شعائر الحج والعمرة بشكل تفاعلي، خطوة بخطوة باستخدام تقنيات العالم الافتراضي ثلاثية الأبعاد، بمحاكاة المناسك بشكل أقرب للواقع تعتمد على نمذجة واقعية ذات جودة عالية، لتقليل الأخطاء الشائعة التي يقع فيها الحجاج قدر الإمكان، إلى جانب تعريف غير المسلمين الذين لا يستطيعون زيارة الأماكن المقدسة، بمعنى فريضة الحج والعمرة، وهو متعدد اللغات (العربية، الإنجليزية، الفرنسية، الأردو)، ومتعدد المنصات (تطبيق على أنظمة أندرويد، وتطبيق على أنظمة IOS، وكذلك على أنظمة ويندوز، ولينيكس، ونظام MacOs).
وتعد الجائزة هي (الثامنة) من ضمن العديد من الجوائز الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية للوزارة في مجال التحول الرقمي وتقنية المعلومات في إنجاز نوعي، إذ يحظى المجال التقني بدعم واهتمام من الوزير الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ.

وقعت شركة «دله الصحية»،مذكرة تفاهم مشتركة، مع كل من شركة «دله العقارية»، وشركة الجزيرة للأسواق المالية «الجزيرة كابيتال»، وشركة تطوير الأعمال الإنشائية،«تطوير»، وذلك لإطلاق صندوق عقاري، استثماري، يستهدف تنمية رأس مال الشركاء من خلال تملك الصندوق للأراضي وتنفيذ برنامج التطوير الإنشائي. كما سيعمل الصندوق على إنشاء مشروع مبنى استثماري متعدد الاستخدام بقيمة تقديرية تتجاوز 1,2 مليار ريال سعودي، في مدينة الرياض على طريق الملك فهد بحي النخيل.
وقد جاء الإعلان عن المشروع خلال حفل مراسم التوقيع التي تمت يوم الإثنين 1 يوليو 2024 بمدينة الرياض، حيث قام بالتوقيع عن شركة دله الصحية الدكتور أحمد بابعير وعن شركة دله العقارية الأستاذ صالح عبد الله كامل، وعن شركة تطوير الأستاذ رياض الثقفي، والأستاذ بندر الحقيل عن الجزيرة كابيتال وبحضور كل من المهندس عبدالعزيز الوهيبي الرئيس التنفيذي للتشغيل بشركة دله الصحية، المهندس متعب الطخيس الرئيس التنفيذي للاستراتيجية بشركة دله الصحية، الأستاذ أمين حريز المدير المالي بشركة دله الصحية، إضافة إلى الأستاذ حزام بن سلامه بن سعيدان العضو المنتدب لشركة تطوير، و الأستاذ عمرو كامل نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة دله البركة، والمهندس هتان طاسجي نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة دله العقارية.

ووفقا للدراسة التي أعدت في هذا الصدد، سيتم إنشاء المشروع على أحدث المواصفات الهندسية والمعمارية، نسبة إلى استخداماته المتعددة، وذلك بعد اكتمال الدراسات الفنية والهندسية اللازمة المتعلقة به، وسيمثل مشروع المبنى الجديد إضافة حقيقية لمشاريع شركة «دله الصحية» التوسعية، وكمساهمة مقدرة في تعزيز مكانة المملكة، كوجهــة ســياحية صحية عالمية.
ووفقا للاتفاقية، ستتولى الجزيرة كابيتال استكمال الإجراءات المتعلقة بتأسيس الصندوق، بالإضافة إلى توليها مهام إدارة الصندوق، فيما تدخل كل من شركة «دله الصحية»، و«دله العقارية»، كمستثمرين عينين بالصندوق بما يعادل 100% من قيمة "الأراضي"، بينما ستدخل «تطوير»، كمستثمر نقدي في الصندوق، حيث تستهدف الاتفاقية إلى التعاون فيما بين الجهات المشتركة المذكورة، في مجال الاستثمار والتطوير العقاري، وذلك بالاعتماد على المقومات والإمكانات المتوفرة لدى كل منهم في مجاله، واختصاصه.
الجدير بالذكر أن شركة دله الصحية تضم ستة مرافق رائدة للرعاية الصحية، تخدم أكثر من مليونين ونصف مراجع سنويًا، في مختلف أنحاء المملكة، عبر أكثر من 1300سرير، وأكثر من 500 عيادة خارجية، كما تضم موظفين متخصصين وأطباء من ذوي الخبرة، سعيًا لتقديم أعلى معايير الرعاية الصحية الآمنة في المملكة.
