ما تأثير انهاء عضوية الحلبوسي في المشهد السياسي وخاصة الانبار؟- عاجل

بعد قرار المحكمة الاتحادية، أمس الثلاثاء (14 تشرين الثاني 2023)، بإنهاء عضوية رئيس مجلس النواب السابق محمد الحلبوسي، أثيرت العديد من التساؤلات حول مدى تأثير القرار بالعملية السياسية ولاسيما في محافظة الانبار، وبهذا الشأن أوضح المختص في الشأن السياسي مهند الراوي لـ"بغداد اليوم"، الاثار المترتبة على القرار.
متغيرات المرحلة المقبلة
ويؤكد الراوي، اليوم الأربعاء (15 تشرين الثاني 2023)، أن "القرار سيؤثر في المشهد السياسي والانتخابي وخاصة في المحافظات السنية والأنبار تحديدا".
ويقول لـ "بغداد اليوم"، إن "وجود الحلبوسي في رئاسة البرلمان أعطى القوة والثقل لحزبه (تقدم)"، مؤكدا أن "الكثير من المتغيرات ستحدث في المرحلة المقبلة".
فيما علق على قرار المحكمة الاتحادية بالقول إنه "قطعي لا رجعة فيه وغير قابل للاستئناف".
وأشار الراوي الى أن "التزوير ثبت على الحلبوسي وبالتالي فإن قرار المحكمة الاتحادية جاء بعد دراسات عديدة وتأجيلات مختلفة، حتى صدر".
قرار المحكمة "بات وملزم"
ويوم أمس الثلاثاء (14 تشرين الثاني 2023) أنهت المحكمة الاتحادية عضوية محمد الحلبوسي والنائب ليث الدليمي.
وذكر بيان لإعلام المحكمة تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن "المحكمة الاتحادية العليا نظرت الثلاثاء، الدعوى بالعدد 9/اتحادية/ 2023، وقررت بموجب الحكم الصادر فيها انهاء عضوية رئيس مجلس النواب (محمد ريكان الحلبوسي) وانهاء عضوية النائب (ليث مصطفى حمود الدليمي) اعتباراً من تاريخ صدور الحكم في 14\11\2023".
وأكدت المحكمة أن قرارها "بات وملزم للسلطات كافة".
حراك داخل "تقدم"
فيما كشف مصدر مقرب من تحالف (تقدم)، أمس الثلاثاء، ما يجري داخل التحالف بعد قرار المحكمة الاتحادية العليا بإنهاء عضوية الحلبوسي (رئيس التحالف).
وأفاد المصدر لـ"بغداد اليوم"، بأن "الحلبوسي يجري اتصالات مكثفة مع قادة تحالف تقدم في بغداد وبقية المحافظات من أجل الوقوف على تداعيات قرار المحكمة الاتحادية".
ولفت المصدر الى، أن "العديد من نواب تحالف (تقدم) من المحافظات في طريقهم الى بغداد لعقد لقاء موسع مع الحلبوسي خلال الساعات القادمة".
وأشار الى ان "قرار المحكمة كان مفاجئاً ولم يكن متوقعاً وأغلب مرشحي تقدم عمدوا الى إيقاف مؤقت لحملاتهم الانتخابية لمعرفة ما حصل والوقوف على طبيعة المرحلة القادمة".
