مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخُبر يُنقذ ثلاثينية من مضاعفات حمل خارج الرحم بإجراء طبي مبتكر

تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ، من إنقاذ مريضة في العقد الثالث من العمر، تعاني من مضاعفات متزايدة لحمل خارج الرحم تكون داخل جرح عملية قيصرية سابقة، مسبباً آلام بطنية شديدة وحدوث نزيف بصورة شبه دورية، الأمر الذي أفقدها القدرة على أداء مهامها اليومية بصورة طبيعية والشعور بالضُعف العام.

ذكر ذلك الدكتور وسيم روفايل استشاري طب النساء والولادة وجراحة المناظير رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، والذي أضاف بأنه عند وصول المريضة للمستشفى وبإجراء الفحص السريري تبين أنها أجرت "4" ولادات قيصرية سابقة، وتم إخضاعها لمجموعة من التحاليل المخبرية والفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة، اتضح من خلالها وجود ارتفاع في تحليل الحمل بطريقة غير طبيعية مقارنة بالحمل العادي، تبعه إجراء أشعة صوتية بالسونار، وتم اكتشاف وجود كيس حمل داخل جرح قيصرية سابق وهو ما يعرف علمياً بأسم "Cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy"، موضحاً أن هذا الحمل اخترق جدار الرحم وشبه ملتصق بالمثانة وبداخلة جنين.
مضيفاً بأن المريضة في حال تأخرها بالعلاج واستمرار الحمل بصورته الحالية، سوف يؤدي إلى مضاعفات خطيرة ومنها تمزق الرحم والمثانة والنزيف الشديد وتهديد حياتها، وبعد دراسة الفريق الطبي لتاريخها المرضي ونتائج الفحوصات، تم إتخاذ القرار بإزالة هذا الحمل عبر إجراء طبي متقدم واستبعاد أية تدخلات جراحية تقليدية للحفاظ على الرحم وفرص الحمل مستقبلاً.
وقال الدكتور وسيم أن الإجراء الطبي تم فيه استخدام ابره رفيعة جداً لحقن الحمل بمادة حديثة تعرف بأسم "Methotrexate"، تعمل على إيقاف تكاثر الخلايا والمساعدة في تحللها، مفيداً بأن جهود الفريق الطبي تكللت بالنجاح التام ولله الحمد، وهذا ما أكّدته الفحوصات الطبية التي أُجريت للمريضة لاحقاً، كما أنها تخلصت من الآلام التي كانت تعاني منها بصورة نهائية مع الحفاظ على الرحم.

وفي ختام الحفل، شهد سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية توقيع سبع مذكرات توظيف مباشر لخريجي وخريجات المنشآت التدريبية بالمنطقة، بين الإدارة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني وعدد من الشركات الوطنية، من أبرزها الشركة الوطنية لتقنية النفط (نسر)، وشركة ويلسبون للأنابيب، وشركة صناعة أنابيب المستقبل المحدودة، ومجموعة سعيد علي غدران وأولاده المحدودة، وشركة باطوق، وشركة الخليج لصناعات التغليف المحدودة، وشركة ناصر سعيد الهاجري.
