"النيابة العامة" السجن والغرامة لمواطن ووافديَن بتهمة الترويج بالمواد المخدرة

أنهت نيابة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية إجراءات التحقيق مع تنظيم إجرامي مكون من مواطن ووافدين من جنسية عربية بتهمة جلب وتلقي المؤثرات العقلية بقصد الترويج والاتجار.

وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق عن قيام المتهمين بجلب وتلقي كميات كبيرة من حبوب الإمفيتامين (الكبتاجون) المؤثرة عقلياً بلغت (342.000) حبة من خارج المملكة، مخبأة داخل شحنة قادمة إلى مطار الملك خالد الدولي بالرياض.

وأسفرت إجراءات التحقيق عن قيام الوافد (قائد التنظيم) بالسفر إلى خارج المملكة عند وصول الشحنة إلى المملكة، وتكليف المتهمين الآخرين بتلقي الشحنة، لضمان عدم الإطاحة به لحين الانتهاء من عملية تلقي وجلب الشحنة وتسليمها، والتي تمت متابعتها بشكل دقيق ومحكم من الجهات الأمنية؛ حتى عودة قائد التنظيم للمملكة وتم القبض عليه وعلى كافة المتهمين بالجرم المشهود.

وبإحالة المتهمين إلى المحكمة المختصة، وتقديم الأدلة على اتهامهم، صدر بحقهم حكم يقضي بثبوت إدانتهم بما نسب إليهم، وسجن أحدهم مدة (25) سنة والآخرَين مدة (15) سنة لكل واحد منهما، مع غرامات مالية بلغت (300000) "ثلاث مئة ألف ريال"، ومصادرة وسيلة التهريب المستخدمة في الجريمة، وإبعاد الوافدَين عن المملكة بعد انتهاء محكوميتهما.

وتؤكد النيابة العامة على عزمها وحزمها في مكافحة كافة جرائم المخدرات وأنها لن تتراخى في إجراءاتها الجزائية المشددة في ذلك، والمطالبة بإيقاع أشد العقوبات المقررة في هذا الشأن؛ حماية للمجتمع من هذه الآفة الخطيرة التي تهدد الأمن والصحة.
