«شباب فوه» ينظم مسابقة رياضية لتحسين الصحة الجسدية للمرأة

نظم مركز شباب مدينة فوه، التابع لمديرية الشباب والرياضة، في محافظة كفر الشيخ، المسابقة البدنية لتحسين القوام للفتاة والمرأة، بمشاركة 30 فتاة من أعضاء المركز بهدف إتاحة فرصة ممارسة النشاط الرياضي ذو الطابع الترويحي، وإثراء العلاقات الاجتماعية بين المشاركات لقضاء وقت ترفيهي بمراكز الشباب، برعاية الدكتور أشرف صبحي، وزير الشباب والرياضة واللواء جمال نور الدين، محافظ كفر الشيخ.
من جانبه أكد الدكتور عزت محروس، وكيل وزارة الشباب والرياضة بكفر الشيخ، عبر بيان، اليوم الاثنين، أن الرياضة تعمل على تقوية الجهاز المناعي بالجسم والوقاية من الإصابة بالأمراض المزمنة كأمراض القلب وارتفاع ضغط الدم والتقليل من خطر الإصابة بأمراض السمنة، كما تساعد في فقدان الوزن والتخلص من الدهون وحرق السعرات الحرارية بالجسم، مضيفا أن نهج الوزارة يرتكز على ثقافة الرياضة للجميع وجعلها أسلوب حياة وتهتم بصفة خاصة بالبرامج الموجهة للمرأة.
مسابقات رياضية للفتاةكما أشار وكيل شباب كفر الشيخ، إلى أن المسابقة الرياضية تأتي ضمن خطة مركز شباب فوه لتحسين صحة المرأة والفتاة، بإشراف عبدالمنعم الكناني، وكيل المديرية للرياضة، ومتابعة تنفيذ الدكتور محمد غازي، مدير إدارة التنمية الرياضية، والسيد درويش مدير إدارة شباب فوه، وفريق عمل مركز الشباب.

شهد مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، إجراء عملية ناجحة ومعقدة، لمراجعة شابة تعرضت لخلع في "صابونة الركبة" نتج عنه كسر بالغضروف مع أجزاء عظمية، وتم تثبيت العظم دون استخدام البراغي المعدنية للحيلولة دون تكسرها، ذكر ذلك د. محمد عبدالله القحطاني استشاري جراحة العظام والاصابات الرياضية ، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
الذي قال أن المراجعة وهي تبلغ من العمر "20" عاماً، تعرضت للإصابة أثناء ممارستها لبعض التمارين الرياضية، وعانت من حزمة أعراض أبرزها آلام بالجهة الأمامية من الركبة مع عدم القدرة على الحركة، وثني ومد الركبة، وحاولت تلقي العلاج بمستشفى طرفي، لكن الأطباء اعتذروا لها للتعقيدات التي اتسمت بها حالتها، فراجعت مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب ، وعقب وصولها مباشرة خضعت لفحوصات دقيقة، بدأت بالمعاينة من ثم التصوير بالأشعة السينية X-ray، والأشعة المقطعية Ct-scan، الرنين المغناطيسي Mri، وأظهرت النتائج خلعاً بصابونة الركبة، وكسر بالغضروف المغطي لعظمة الفخذ، وتكسر أجزاء عظمية، وناقش الفريق الطبي الحالة على ضوء المعطيات التي قدمتها نتائج التشخيص، وتوافق على أن الجزء العظمي المكسور رقيق جداً، واحتمالات تكسره، في حال تم استخدام البراغي لتثبيته عالية جداً، وخلص في النهاية إلى خطة علاجية، وأجرى عملية معقدة، عبر فتحة صغيرة، وتم فيها إعادة القطعة المكسورة إلى مكانها وتثبيتها باستخدام بمثبتات بديلة وإعادة "الصابونة" إلى مكانها، واستمرت العملية لمدة "90" دقيقة ومضت بسلاسة، وانتهت ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، ونقلت المراجعة إلى غرفة التنويم بحالة جيدة، وبقيت منومة لمدة "24" ساعة، تحسنت خلالها حالتها بشكل سريع، وغادرت إلى منزلها بحالة صحية جيدة.
