مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينجح في إجراء عملية ناجحة لـ"ثلاثينية" عانت من تبعات جراحة سمنة غير دقيقة

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عملية تصحيحية ناجحة لجراحة تحويل مسار مصغر غير دقيقة، أجريت لمريضة ثلاثينية في مستشفى آخر، قبل نحو "8" سنوات، وترتب عليها مضاعفات حادة، أحالت حياة السيدة إلى معاناة مستمرة.
وقال د.حفظي الرطروط استشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحة السمنة، ورئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن المريضة راجعت المستشفى وهي تشتكي من حزمة أعراض، أبرزها عودة السمنة إذ تزايد وزنها وبلغ نحو "120" كجم، إضافة إلى ارتجاع المريئي الحاد والمزمن، مع آلام حادة بالبطن.

وأوضح أن الفريق الطبي أجرى لها عدة فحوصات دقيقة، من بينها منظار المعدة العلوي والأشعة بالصبغة، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود قرحة كبيرة في موضع العملية السابقة، والتواء في المعدة، بالإضافة إلى ناسور بين المعدة الجديدة والمعدة المتبقية في البطن، وهذا أمر نادر في مثل هذه الحالات، وأوضح أن الفريق درس الحالة على ضوء المعطيات التي وفرتها نتائج الفحوصات الطبية، وخلص إلى أن الإجراء المناسب هو التدخل الجراحي بالمنظار، وبعد اتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة وتحضير المريضة تم استئصال الناسور وتصغير حجم المعدة مع إزالة جزء منها، وجزء من الأمعاء الدقيقة الذي يحتوي على القرحه، ومن ثم إعادة الأمعاء إلى الوضع الذي كانت عليه قبل إجراء العملية الأولى "تحويل المسار المصغر"، إضافة إلى إجراء عملية تحويل مسار كلاسيكي، واستمرت العملية زهاء الساعتين، ومضت دون أي مضاعفات، وتكللت ولله الحمد بنجاح كبير، ونقلت المريضة من غرفة العمليات إلى غرفة التنويم بحالة مستقرة، وأمضت قرابة يومين منومة قيد الرعاية الطبية، قبل أن تغادر المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.

وتابع د. الرطروط قائلاً أن متابعات مابعد العملية أظهرت تحسناً كبيراً بحالة المريضة، حيث تخلصت من جميع الأعراض التي عانت منها خلال الفترة الماضية، كما أن كافة المؤشرات الطبية تؤكد أنها ستتخلص من الوزن الزايد وتصل إلى الوزن المثالي بشكل تدريجي مع مرور الوقت، شرط التزامها بالارشادات والتوجيهات الطبية، وختم حديثه بالتأكيد على أن هذا النوع من العمليات التصحيحة النوعية لا تجرى إلا بالمراكز المتخصصة في الجراحات الأيضية وجراحات السمنة.
